Capsule bed was comfy and good for a private hostel experience

Location- red light district!! avoid if you are a solo female traveler!! I stayed for 3 nights and didn’t stay outside later than 4pm because once it got dark this location is horrible to be around. So rough, full of people looking for prostitutes, drugs or money. I got grabbed a couple of times on the street by men. Cleanliness- the female shower room and toilets was crawling with cockroaches! Reported it and I saw a young guy the next day spraying something along the bottom of the walls but it didn’t help as they were still there. Staff- not very friendly, they weren’t rude but not inviting at all

The perfect location and easy to access everywhere.

Nothing special except soap/handwash not available entire 3 days one toilet.

Location, price worthy and safe even though it is near hbf as they doors are card locked entrance.

Specifically the shower areas need to be cleaned thoroughly.

The surroundings of the building are hard-core! Drugs, prostitution, noise...

Great value for money and very close to the train station. The capsules were lockable and only opened with your key card which was a reassuring surprise. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Terrible Wi-fi. So bad that I couldn't Google anything and I was unable to send or receive WhatsApp messages.The plug socket in my capsule was broken so I couldn't charge my phone or power bank. When I formed the staff, they said I could charge my phone in the common room area. When I first tried to there were no free sockets, the coffe shops and restaurants arround the hostel did not have charging outlets. I did eventually get to use a free socket in the common room, but it was disappointing that I couldn't leave my power bank or phone charging in my capsule and explore or leave them charge overnight, rather I had to spend the majority of my stay charging my devices in the common room.

The staff was helpful and great.

I was on the 7th floor and the first night the elevators broke. Even though it was particularly cold for November there was no heat. I ended up leaving after rhe first night. I sent an email to get a refund and still a week later no response whatsoever.

Liked the capsules bed idea and was comfortable stay. One can sleep without disturbance or noises. The hostel is a few blocks away from the Hbf.

Central location has everything I needed. I also appreciated them checking okay with nature of location. Room size decent enough too.

Power to room went out while in shower no emergency lighting created a dangerous situation of being in a wet room with zero visibility. When raised with staff and company zero concern shown.

the staff was not communicative they acted like they were the owner. order a pizza and when it comes out of the fridge they don't make it themselves. there is no privacy in the room because they also have sex in the rooms. it is the worst hostel I have ever been toFeedback

Staff was friendly, check in was painless, amazing lobby with lots to do and optional breakfast. Pods were comfortable and spacious

Shower was moldy and ground was slimy. Without slipper it was annoying to shower.

Breakfast was reasonable, and less distance from Messe and main U bahn

Toilets were not clean, the interior was ugly, no proper storage, cramped area, lift was not working , I had to carry luggage to 4th floor, two people were snoring,, loud shouting noises from outside by drunkards and drug addicts in the lane. The frequent entry and exit of 6 guests made the stay one of the most nightmare experiences for me. Not advisable.

The elevator wasn't working. WiFi wasn't working in the room. The location is as said, so be careful especially at night.

It is close to the main station

It is a junkie area and it isn’t that nice to be outside, dirty bed, no elevator to any of the 5 floors, there is only one shower for 7 dorms
