Located right next to the main train station, which is perfect. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and much better than expected (eggs, sausages, bacon, cereal, coffees, yogurts). Would definitely stay here again.

Good location and large room. Very good shower.

Room was always cold. Blankets provided were for single beds and not double beds.

The property is located in the middle of a busy street with places to eat at and walking distance to the Christmas market. The rooms were clean but the pillows were not that comfortable. The entrance and contacting reception was a little confusing. Reception instructions were not very clear over the entrance phone.

Reception staff young lady was not very friendly, did not even smile! so we didn’t feel very welcome there making us feel like we were an inconvenience. That was a shame.

The pillows were not great, requested a tea and sugar and no response. The check in was automated so no real contact. I messaged them on WhatsApp but no response even there the message was also automated.

There was smell of smoke in the room.The area is rather sketchy.

The room was quite nice & the location was near the train station. It's in the red light area but this is not obvious. There is lots of ethnic food nearby. It's also super cheap - despite being near the Frankfurt train station it was really cheap.

This hotel is light on staff. Or should I say - what staff? There was no one there most of the time & some people who came after the usual check in time couldn't check in. Most staff contact was via the phone, with someone based elsewhere with no idea about local conditions (e.g. to leave garage the person on the line didn't know you should pull a chain in the garage & said to call for that). Then another time the garage entrance was blocked by someone & the person on the phone advised us to park elsewhere (which we had to pay for though we had already paid for the hotel) & returned later & didn't say if she would call for someone to tow the offending vehicle.

Disappointing

The hotel room was good, but digital key system was really annoying and sometimes I couldn’t have internet connection even though I couldn’t open the room without it.

It’s very central and not a long walk from Frankfurt central station, nor is it a long walk from more of the city so moving on is very easy.

Genuinely did not feel safe in this hotel. Accessing the hotel and checking in through the online portal is not user-friendly or easy in the slightest - I have never before seen a hotel do what they do and frankly I hope to never see it again. I met someone trying to book a room and check-in outside and they were having a really difficult time doing that and trying to speak to a member of staff through the phone.The hotel is not staffed.The toilet, albeit clean, smelled horrible. Just thankful that the door was good enough to keep the smell in the bathroom and not in the main room.No air con or temperature control, you just have to deal with it.My room is on the first floor adjacent to the breakfast room. Leaving my window open is not safe as anyone using the space outside the breakfast room could easily access my room, so I can’t have the window open.

Horrible. Nightmare Worst ever.

It was a nightmare. They try to run the hotel without staff on site. The online system to open the door fails and you are locked on the street. The lifts don‘t lead to all floors and rooms. Some rooms are only accessible through hidden lifts. Staircase doors are locked. Assistance is provided by an awful AI chat. If you complain to it it changes language and puts you in touch with humans that take half an hour to reply and not provide any assistance. There was blood on the floor if my bathroom and towels. The blood remained there after one day of cleaning. The thermostat was blocked turning the room into a sauna. Horrendous experience. Avoid this dreadful hotel at all costs.

Clean & good price

Struggled with door codes. Confusion with lift to 4th floor. Requested room near my son and we couldn’t have been further away. I was 1st room on 1st floor and he was 4th floor in far corner.

The hotel lobby is on the 1st Floor, which is not very comfortable

Automated check-in

Room was smaller than advertised, it required taking one elevator, then walking, then another elevator, and finally stairs. The room was also smelly, probably from previous extensive smoking.
