Pros +
- Inside the hotel is fine, standard really
- Hotel itself is lots of fun, room was comfortable
- We rented the suite which was the biggest room in the hotel. It was very nice, the main bed was comfortable, and the mini bar was complimentary so that was nice.
Cons -
- The area is horrendous, we didn’t realise how BAD and UNSAFE it was till we got there. Homeless people everywhere, sex shops and strip clubs. It’s just horrrible. After the first night we felt so uncomfortable that we wanted to leave and change hotels. The staff at the desk have said they could refund us but we had booked through booking.com so we would need their authorisation. Booking.com have been horrendous sending us back and forth between the hotel and them to just get a refund for the nights we weren’t there!! Now they’ve refused a refund.
- Location surrounding-wise is bad, need to be careful, feels very unsafe
- We walked from the train station to the hotel which was only about a 5 minute walk. But we had to pass through an area with some pretty sketchy characters, it looked like prostitutes and drug users so that was scary. The TV didn't work properly, the video kept going out and you couldn't lower the volume below 10 which wasn't good because my mom needs the TV to sleep. There was also some kind of noise that we heard coming from outside of our room. Ar first we thought it was music but that wasn't it.

Bed smelled bad
The hotel is súper well décorâted, full of details and súper comfortable
But the neighbourhood is out of a scary movie. There is a permanent group of junkies right in front that actually entered the hotel to steal food. Also, at night there us a bar downstairs IN the hotel. And right next to ir a disco. So it gets pretty nosiy. Dont Forget your earplugs.
A characterful hotel in easy reach of what we needed. The rooms are quirky, spacious, with a comfortable bed, large shower and useful storage.
Some of the fixtures and fittings are beginning to look tired. The handle on shower was broken; the pumps on the shower gel bottles didn't work; the heating controls didn't seem to do anything, and there were signs of wear and tear in the lifts and communal areas. Each room is different in layout, but my room this trip was a bit too dark in places where you'd find it useful (near the full length mirror, for example).
Hotel and rooms are super cool! Very good value for money. The shuka restaurant and bar in the hotel are also very trendy and busy. It‘s very convenient if you arrive by train and want to go out at night.
It is in the middle of the red light area which is quite dirty. But it is safe and close to many cool bars and restaurants, and the Main.
very friendly & supportive staff. nice breakfast room that converts into a real good & vibrant restaurant at evenings. given the location, i'd reccomend sensitive people to request a room off the main street.
i really liked everything! but, given the location, i would rather not recommend this place for families travelling with kids.
Place looks nice and with good vibe
Streets are noisy so you can’t sleep with the window open, AC was not working so it was very hot
The staff was friendly , Place was clean
Location: surrounded by druggies at the corner . The Thermostat did not work, I was sweating the whole night , couldn't change the temperature The location is a huge drawback !!
Colorful
Breakfast was not hot , even the coffee was lukewarm we did showed up around 9:30am but the food should be hot or warm hot
This was a 2nd hotel in the 25hours chain that I've been to and the rooms are always thoughtfully designed. It had adequate powerpoints, USB charging sockets, a well-stocked minibar, fresh towels and interesting amenities.
While the hotel was a short walk from the train station, it was right off a street filled with people who were either using or have been using hard drugs out in broad daylight, and stank of piss. The hotel itself felt safe but the short walk to it from the train station did not.
I like everything about this hotel. I like how it's so close to the main train station and so easily accessible to everything. The staff are amazing. This time Savio and Karim assisted me and were super kind and helpful. They also kept my bags as I had a late flight and offered me a later checkout.
Nothing this time round
Hotel looked modern and nice. Bathroom sectioned out from toilet so convenient if we need to use both. Room size was good but not big, typical for European hotel room size. Receptionists were nice and professional.
Hot water station was a bit confusing to use so we ended up going up and down many times. The surroundings of the hotel was sketchy but most of the time you werent bothered, just keep walking and you will be fine.
I loved this hotel. I stay here every year. I love the location and the convenience. The rooms are nice and the amenities are great. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and I love that.
The area can be a bit dodge, but that's nothing to do with the hotel. Some of the male staff are not always friendly.
Nice room good size good food
Oh the irony ! It a called 25hours hotel BUT you check in at 3pm and check out at 10 am . Why are people paying this much when you’re only getting 20 hours of a stay
I stayed in Vienna in a 25hour member hotel, the design of the hotel in Frankfurt was up to those standards.Complimentary minibar.Staff at the restaurant
Neighbourhood disappointing, drugconsuming people at the very entrance of the hotel. The sink did not work in the room. The lighting in the room was a little dark.Live DJ session was unexpected, fortunately finished at 10 pm, so it was possible to sleep
Comfortable bed, neat little room.
Location was great for proximity to train station but so many people doing drugs right outside the hotel. Such a shame.
Clean, modern and with good drinks provided, facilities and staff are friendly and passionate
It’s located in a bar, with disturbing noises and uncomfortable people entered the hotels from the bar makes everything terrible!
The location was great for me, such an amazing hotel. Room so comfortable I stayed as long as I could. Little things like free drinks and snacks, the whole ambience of the place was just brilliant. Second time I’ve stayed in a 25hours hotel and both times I’ve been blown away.
While the location was great geographically, it wasn’t the nicest of areas near the train station. But this is only minor.
