Overall 1 star hotelFormer Flat building. Dirty hotel , Dirty Room, Many Cockroaches small Bugs, Ants everywere . No Wifi, TV not Working , Wal Power Plug not working.No Towel , Room Temperature 18°CHorrible and I'm a guy unpretentious .Price 100 EUR / night !!! for what ?Alfa Hotel should not be on Booking

This hotel is a rip off. The hotel is engaging in fraud. I did not receive the particulars on the hotel, before I booked it on booking.com. The desk closed at 10:00. My train didn't arrive in Frankfort area until 10:59 and was actually a few minutes late so it was a little after 11:00. 2 days prior to my arrival I contacted the hotel by phone after I found that the hotel front desk closed at 10:00 p.m. I sent an email through booking.com email confirmation platform. The gentleman that answered the phone each time told me that he would send me an email to tell me how to get into the hotel after hours. The next day, I called the business two more times to get the information regarding after hours entry which they said they would provide. They had my correct email address, I can prove that. I sent an email through booking.com. I can prove that as well, they did not respond to that email. He had my email address through booking.com info/confirmation. I never received the information. I had to get another hotel and lost the money I paid to book a room at the hotel Alpha.

The hotel is using fraudulent business practices. See entry below.

Dirty and shabby. Would not recommend to anyone.

The TV was attached to the wall with a fork. Everything was frayed and broken.

Great location (bus stop right outside the hotel). Bed was really comfortable. The lady who looked after the hotel was very pleasant.

In the bathroom were Russia beetles, horrible.Reception wasn't occupeid web must Wait 1 And half hour then je came.Hotel i still open, the Dior Is out od key lockerI recomend other hotel.

No fire alarm

Contrary to fire regulations the ceiling fire alarm had been removed from the ceiling and place in a drawer with battery removed. Telling a hotel receptionist who showed me the room, just shrugged his shoulders and left.

Good for a sleepover definitely, close to the highway and Frankfurt and easy to collect/leave keys.

Nothing, the toilet door was broken of so we had to go to the toilet with no door. The room were absolutely disgusting with the whole floor filled with grease and the sink filled with hair

Everything. It was so disgusting. We thought that we made a scoop when the price was low, but the room was like a used toilet. Walls were filled with stains, bed was disgusting and all around horrible.

Not a lot. Parking was good

We only had one small hand towel. 3 screws left on the sink.No shower curtain or screen.Water leaking from toilet. Only half a curtain !!! to cover the large window facing the high street. T V not working.

Bed is comfortable and the free carpark (although VERY TIGHT to get in) is good.

Room did not come with towels. When I asked at reception the lady said all towels she had were just washed and handed me two soaking wet towels and told me to hang them up to dry. Also the shower basin was very dirty, the drain clogged with hair which floated up around my feet when showering. Disgusting.

Good location to work and airport. Nearby grocery store, restaurants and a shopping mall

Smoking smell in the hallways, wifi didn’t work on the last two days.

Do not stay at this hotel.

The property opened a hour later than advertised and then I had to wait another 30 minutes. There was a single staff member who was completely incompetent. The electricity went out in my room, and she was unable to flip the breaker, so I had to move to the top floor (no elevator). This process took at least 40 minutes, during which she was on the phone with someone in charge. Had to wait another 30 minutes for her to “clean” the room. Yet there were multiple pistachio shells on the floor when I finally got in. There was no internet in either room. The furniture in the second room was broken and the bed was quite uncomfortable. I had quite a few things to straighten out on line as I had missed a flight and needed to inform a number of people waiting for me, and to rebook another hotel, among other things. I ended up setting up at the check-in counter, standing for an hour because that was the only spot in the place with an internet connection. You must change that on your site. I will check to see that you have done so. This is the first negative review I have written that is so comprehensive. I am usually pretty tolerant and flexible, but this was over the top. I will check to see if this comment is posted on your site and to verify that the “free internet” is removed, so that I can trust what I find on your site in the future.

A few hours before arrival I got a call from the Hotel that I was moved to another hotel, without reason.When I arrived at the property there was no one at the reception, I had to call and got my keys from a keysafe, which is ok. But also the next day there was no one at the reception, the hotel seemed deserted. The wifi had a very bad reception, the room had no character and bedding was cheap. No ‘DO NOT DISTURB‘ signs available.On the day of the check out, I was woken up at 9.00 by the cleaning lady knocking on the door asking when I would leave, check out time was suppose to be at 11.30k!

Well, the price was good. Bathroom, towels and the bed/bed sheets were clean.

Neighbors talked loud on the phone, played music and sung. Also, despite the fact that smoking is forbidden, the entire venue smelled like smoke. The cleanliness in the room was far from perfect also. For example the lights above the bed were obviously not cleaned for a long time and dust was evident. The free WiFi did never connect, so I could not use it, despite the fact that I had two laptops with me. So it could not have been a technical problem with my devices.

The television was not working from day one. Nobody addressed this issue inspite of several reminders on phone. Reception was closed always. You could only meet the cleaning staff for your problems. They were helpless.

Nobody at reception throughout the day. Your only connect is on phone.

Bad

There’s no hotel staff present to help you check in. If you arrive at around 9 pm you wont get anyone at the reception. Be prepared to call the management to get access to the room. This isn’t ideal for international clients

Showers and parking - very good

The site showed that we could pay by credit card even showing amex, visa etc but they would only accept CASH.The site showed breakfast available : there is no restaurant and definitely no breakfast at all.Some of the fittings like bath towel handles and one bathroom mirror were detached.

No wifi...inside room nor at floor....only outside in front of hotel road their wifi

the room was clean, there was good shades on the window, hairdryer & showergel provided.

There was noone at the reception. There’s a bell but nobody is coming. (Pressed 5x). There are 2 phonenumbers to call if you arrive but nobody picks them up, they hang up or the line is busy/phone is switched off. Kept calling and after about 5 calls finally they sent someone but had no idea about my booking. The kettle was filthy. There was no towel. Smoke detector is taken off. Quite noisy hotel. Wifi only worked at the reception not in the room.
