Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Neue Oper

The location was great.

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Dust was everywhere. And the pillows could have been washed. The sheets were clean but I could still smell the musty smell from the pillows. The couch also sunk in in the middle.

The cost for parking and breakfast. Very expensive. Not having the washer and dryer in the Room was a big disappointment since we were traveling abroad for another two weeks.

location was amazing. So close to everything we wanted to visit. Very walkable and a block off the river.Love the in room refrigerator and coffee.Property was clean and shower was fabulous. Always hot water.Front desk staff was incredibly helpful.

Wish the property had a restaurant/bar that served more than soup (only option when we were there)

Location is excellent. Big spacious room with iron and ironing board. Large table for working on a laptop.

The room amenities were excellent for families; kitchen, microwave, refrigerator. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer. Operating instructions were provided by QR code. The room was clean, spacious and well heated. The location was also good, about halfway between the main statino and city centre so it was easy to walk to and visit sites. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable; the frame raised the mattress in the middle so had to sleep in the opposite direction to be comfortable.

Beautiful location. It’s on the quieter side of Frankfurt, closer to the river, very good location in between Frankfurt train station - less than 10 mins walk and the old town about 6 mins walk. Very nice view of the River as we were on the top floor.

A minor concern, kitchen and appliances a bit dusty.

The receptionist forgot to inform us about their cleaning policy . We had an issue with the kitchen sink and they forgot to take care of it.

Close to River Main. Great for running/walking. Taking a cruise etc. Note: German pronunciation for river: "mine" also close to tourist things,

The rooms aren't nice... the carpet was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable. They limit how much TV you can watch... they literally turned the access off for 1 full day of only a 3 day stay. The parking is horrible.

The location was great, close to the main station. The room was very spacious and convenient. Breakfast was also good.

Not sure if it was from the previous guest or cleaning staff, but it was unpleasant to find the toilet was not flushed. Hope it was only my case.

Second time at Adina. Easy check in. Room was large and clean, although they need to shampoo the carpets due to some stains. Front desk stored our bicycles, which was much appreciated.

Our apartment faced the street. Thee was a bit of night time noise from the street.

The location is great to be close to the central station and the metro. The size of the apartment is quite spacious for solo travelers or couples.

It is well located and comfortable

The staff does not have good management above them. The Adina Hotel chain is close to bankrupty and the staff knows that. They have no problem threaning customers. The European President of the chain is a third class ignorant reaL estate agent who has NO notion of customer service. Adina should be delisted from Booking.com

The location is great. It looks like a business traveler hotel and we were there in the off season for business travelers. Mini kitchen was nice to have.

The pool and sauna were great to end the day or to relax before dinner. I recommend letting the front desk know twenty minutes ahead that you intend to use the sauna so someone can turn it on if no one has used it yet. We liked our room with the kitchenette as well as the location of the hotel near the opera house. Next time we'll get tickets! The old city with shopping galore is a pleasant stroll to visit all the attractions too!

The breakfast was adequate but we've had better at most other German hotels where the choices are more abundant.

Pool closed

I booked Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt because it had a pool. After spending too much time on a train, I wanted the kids to be able to swim in the evening after arrival. The pool was closed for maintenance. The apartment included a kitchen, but I was left trying to saw apples and carrot sticks for the kids with a bread knife. The only knife provided is a bread knife. A sign states that if your cooking creates too much smoke, a silent fire alarm will alert the fire department and there will be a fine of €750.
