Radisson Blu Hotel Frankfurt

The hotel is compared to the run down and very poorly managed. I have been staying at this hotel for more than 15 years and since 2 years it is getting progressively worse

Breakfast, pool and the hotel facilities are good

the staff that checked us in wasn't that welcoming nor nice towards us. I have seen better breakfast; the cleaning lady took our deodorant and toothpaste everyday! long queue for check out (12 people) and only 1 receptionist. Disappointing

Nice staff and clean rooms.

No airport pick up. Tub drain did not drain sufficiently.

The room was no not clean staubich and TV did nit work ut was closing after every 10 min , staff was super but room should be more integrated will.

Property is at a convenient location. Offers plenty of parking. Taxis are usually infront of the hotel lobby. A museum is nearby. The bar area has plenty of seating with a good variety of spirits and good service even though they were very busy.

The room cleaning crew was extremely loud in the hallway at 8am. Banging the vacuum cleaner on the floor and baseboards. Loud conversations and laughter. Front desk was informed. The pool area is rather on the smaller side. The windows by the pool need cleaning and the water was ice cold. In the breakfast area were huge spiderwebs hanging above the Buffett area. A person from the kitchen passed by the breakfast area when a guest dropped the cheese knife to the floor and did not replace it. A bit in disbelief I took the knife to a waiter and asked for replacement. I also mention the spider webs and was told they would take care of it.

The room size

Wellness, We booked the Radisson for Wellness and SPA, but the Sauna was not available and the pool was very small and dirty.

The top bathroom top shower was not functioning

Location

Staff not cooperative, House keeping not done, Noone attended the reception phone, Door lock battery died but not changed.

Quiet neighborhood and close to public transportation to go everywhere one needs.

Missed just a coffee at the reception area while you areWaiting for transports or friends in the mornings and don’t want To have a full restaurant Breakfast!

Staff was very helpful and cooperative, and location of the hotel was really good.

This hotel has many unique aspects about it the location, the design of the building the quality of the suites they have but my best part staying at the Radisson blue said all of these perks is having great managers such as Marwan who helped me throughout many stay and I was very helpful and hospitable. I’m writing this interview just because of my interaction with the manager, Mr. Marwan from Tanisha, Shukran habibi ??

Okay for business trip. Staffs are good.

Location is not very convenient for travellers. A bit far from any good shopping malls or happening areas. Also they lack adequate staffs to handle increasing number of guests. No one picks up phone for any service specially for housekeeping. Everytime you have to go to reception for asking a small thing!

Largely clean, location was good

Does not have toiletries, request for adapters could not be served, any request was being addressed bit late, cleanliness was ok. For most elevators, one side of the card sensor was not working

The breakfast is variety is below Average .The swimming pool is tiny and dirty.No one helped me to rent a bike.

the AC was bad and hot we didn't sleep well

The Sauna was out of order for renovations-unannounced.

I went there specifically for the spa and Sauna area and when I arrived learned it was being out of order. Also there were unruly drunk guests in front of my room making a lot of noise so I had to call the reception. Even though reception resolved this there was no follow up.

Room was very hot. We had to sit outside until 2am because of the heat in the room with the air not working correctly until around 3am. The smell in the room from the bathroom was pretty bad. We had to leave the entrance to the room open to help remove the smell

Wonderful spacious rooms, great sauna and nice breakfast

We stayed in floor 17 one level under the gym located at floor 18. At 3:30am someone was working out and throwing the weights to the floor. I called reception at 3:30am and 4:30am to talk to the person however nothing changed the person was still making a lot of noise. I personally think the gym should be closed during night hours.
