Staff was nice, room was well equipped and clean

The bed, and noise coming from outside early in the morning.

Wry clean room and good shower

Too far from the tram , restaurant and bar are not open

Clean and the staff members were helpful

To far away from down town Frankfurt It was difficult to take a bus or train specially at night

It was close to the venue, easy to find and not too expensive.

It smells weird and especially in the room it smells like cigarettes and old wet wood…

There is no a tea kettle in the roomAnd from the first night I ask a bout one in my room and not answer

Area would be great if I had a car or I where with company. Not my case.

Mattresses, sheets and towels should be renovated soon. Maybe change in a leasing plan or something...Location a bit isolated if you have no Car... Breakfast was ok with room for improvement.

I didn’t liked a single thing there . The hotel staffs entred our room without permission when we where out . One bag and bottle of wine where stollen from the staffs themselves . When i tried to tell them they told that they were there to clean . But nothing was cleaned in the room all the dustbins and all the bed sheets and blankets were as they where and i felt it dirty as well . They showed a different room in the picture but ut was horrible. One of my bad experience and i will not recommend anyone to go there . Totally Pissed off . How can anyone enter your room where you have left your personal belongings and my items where missing too .

Simple check-in, location perfect for Das Bett music venue, parking.

You can hear everything as people talk in the corridor or other rooms around.

Very close to the Sbahn to be connected to Messe

Got last-minute change to their sister hotel.No recepiton ( just for check in ), no room service , dirty …. All for “ just “ about 500€/ night

Everything was good except male staff member on reception at check in and following day. Very unhelpful. All others, i.e. cleaning and restaurant staff were excellent. Courteous, helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Male staff member could have been more helpful re parking, phone charging etc.

Breakfast was okay. Thats a plus. And location close to Ferrari garage . Bus routes to the messe. Fair are close.. and ut can be walked on around 30 mins..

The rooms are very small outdated. Smells like a Indian curry house. No room to move around. No kettle no fridge no water.. Ac wasn't working.. won't book again unfortunately. For the price others are available

Clean, cosy and furnished room. Very good price quality ratio. There is Aldi nearby and turkish kebab places. Recommend it.

Location was handy for the trams into the city. Staff were amazing, especially the maintenance man who fixed a problem I had with our car.

Room was manky, bed headboard was minging with dirt, wife had to scrub it clean, the carpet was really dirty and had every coloured stain imaginable as witnessed by our white socks turning black on the bottoms. Room furniture was well past it’s sell by date.

Cheap. Out of town location. Fairly quiet but you can’t guarantee that with other guests.

Seemed to be in a not so nice industrial area. I didn’t want to walk down the street so drove to the nearest Lidl. No kettle in room. Hotel is situated across several separate buildings with an industrial type lane connecting them all. It’s not particularly well lit and there were several people sat outside smoking, staring at you as you walked by with your case.

The desk agent was rude First he gave us a small room completely different from the one we booked online and refused to listen or give us the proper roomWe had to call the support to get what was due !!

it was clean, the price was right. the location was more or less ok. the staff were fine.

next rooms were so noisy. the walls are so thin and if there are some noisy neighbors around, you can not rest at all

I liked where its located, nice and clean

The fact that Internet was limited only for two gargets, and I have to renew it by going back to the counter again, I think that's so annoying
