The hotel is located quite close to the city center, which is very convenient. The room size is perfectly adequate and comfortable for an overnight stay. It’s a good choice if you need a simple place to rest. There is also a kettle with tea provided, which is a nice added touch.

However, the sound insulation is quite poor — you can hear what’s happening in the corridors and sometimes even in the neighboring rooms.

The breakfast was awesome. They had kettle, tea, coffee, milk in the room. Also the location is really close to the center.

The doors were making a lot of noise while closing. Also the doors were thin. I could hear when someone talked outside or someone closed a different room’s door. So if you want a good sleep without disturbed, that will be a difficult thing because doors literally smack.

Location was more sketchy than preferred, but manageable if you know how to move about in a city

Room had what I needed and was clean and well presented. Good options for breakfast. Easy to check in and out.

Friendly and helpful team of staff who speaks very good English. Great location, clean and reasonable pricing. So close to the train station, a C3 International church, many restaurants, local shops and not too far from Frankfurt Airport.

A staff had mistaken us with another group of Asian guests so I was asked to pay for the 4 rooms (4 nights ) that I already paid for through Booking.com. It took a while for a staff to sort it out and realized the 4 rooms for the 4 nights were paid already.

Functional IBIS hotel; very clean and comfortable room. great value and well located near the Haupt Banhoff

The location is good in terms of access to the main train station.Breakfast was not really to my expectations. No many options and the bread and cup-cake were not fresh

As it is close to the main trains station, the neighborhood was not good.The cleaners didn't clean our room well.

The hotel is ok but the surrounding location is not. So much open drug use in all German cities we've been too. My daughter held a hand to cover her nose all the time because of the drug smoke when we went to find a place to eat in the evening. "When I grow up I will never go on a holiday to Germany" she said

I wasn’t given a wifi code and didn’t find it. Didn’t ask because I didn’t need it that badly and was already in PJs.Didn’t find a do not disturb sign though it also wasn’t needed since I stayed only one night. But with a dog in the room I would feel better to have to option to put up a do not disturb/ready to clean sign.

Breakfast was good and the location was perfect.

Facilities were old and a little worn out. There were no blackout curtains in our room.

The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean, also had a balcony which was a nice extra

There was a water outage in the area during my stay (not the hotels fault) but this was for around 12 hours, no offer of complimentary water or anything else. Whilst most the room was clean the previous occupants dirty socks and chips we still on the floor!

Quiet room overlooking the patio, a kettle + coffee/ tea in the room; very friendly reception.

The staff were really nice and the breakfast spread was pretty good. The hotel is walking distance from Frankfurt HBF, and there are a lot of restaurants and shopping options available nearby.

A bad call. Room with view on a wall at 50cm from window.Late street noise, rock concert, music on Monday weekday until midnight or so. Very disappointed for the price of 230 per pax
