Ruby Louise Hotel Frankfurt by IHG

The staff spoke very good English. The hotel took our luggage when we arrived early so that we could go wander Frankfurt. Nice and clean rooms.

Location wad good. Breakfast was very good.

Room was small. Rate was higher than I expected.

The location is excellent. the style is modern. The staff was really friendly.

The room was so small and didn't even have closets to store my clothes. that was very disappointing for the rate I paid. Also there was no service to make the bed or tidy up /clean the bathroom during the whole stay.

Reception on the 6th floor. I understand why and I think it is a smart move, but it is not very convenient. The bed in the cozy room is very low, which may cause issues when standing up having problems with knees. Paying for breakfast upfront and being asked to tip, before the service was provided was strange.

It’s is modern and in a good area

The heating system was terrible, you can only chose three levels. Hottest it got was 21. I had to put leave the shower on hot and leave the door open to heat up the room.

Check-in and check-out were extremely easy. The hotel is nicely and modernly decorated. The staff were all friendly. There is a rooftop and bar that has a very nice vibe, and the breakfast was very good with a lot of options.

The room was very small, even though we payed for a bigger one.Anything that you could want from the bar has to be paid for unless is part of the breakfast. So if you want a coffee or a tea in the middle of the day, you need to pay for those and the prices are not that low.The bathroom has a glass door, which makes it not ideal for privacy reasons.

The location was fantastic and the hotel bar was very cool and quirky.

The entrance has a flight of stairs down to the elevators and my luggage was super heavy, so it was a little awkward. Check-in is completely self-service and you had to enter every single details into the system which was time consuming. Check-in is in the bar so it was very noisy and crowded.

The hotel is very nice, trendy, and conveniently located in a nice area of Frankfurt.Very walkable to the Christmas markets and cI'mlose to many high end shopping establishments.The staff is friendly and offered a free cocktail (with a 2-night stay) at their reception/bar on the 6th floor.

Staff was welcoming and the place had a good vibe. Clean, very well located. It was the perfect place to spend 3 days visiting the Christmas Markets.

Beds are very low so it could be hard for some people to go in and out. They’re super comfortable.

The Hotel was great in a central location and easy to reach by train from the airport.Funky rooms with a great bar.All the staff are friendly.If the weather is good there is even a roof top bar (open 24 hrs !) Only slight issue is it is card only.We went last Christmas, We went this Christmas, We will book next Christmas !!!

The location was excellent—within walking distance of shopping streets, the river walk, and the train station, yet still calm and quiet. The building is beautiful, the rooms are nice, the showers were great, and the bar and terrace were a real highlight. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout my stay.

The bed in my room was dirty, with a lot of different hairs in the bedding that were not mine, which was disappointing. Upon reporting it, I got assigned a new room. Later, upon searching for a plug I happened to see behind the tv, tons of dust.

Rooftop party was cherry on top of the cake, plus the location was brilliant. Cool room design and comfy beds!

The bedroom. Hated the bed configuration. No comfortable arm chair to sit. Poor design. It would be very difficult for those clients with any form of physical issue

Very disappointing. It had all the appearance of a nice fancy hotel. But missing all the conveniences. There is one shared ironing board on the floor. The bathroom is basically part of the room. For a single booking the too out the second pillow on the bed. Rather than a closet there were so hooks on the wall, and there was no place for my luggage. My room was next to a night club with thumping music until almost midnight every night. And to add insult to injury, the the only „amenity“ in the room was a guitar amp for playing your own music … but required a plug, no Bluetooth. If it was a private room at a hostel I’d be impressed. As full hotel, priced as a full hotel, I feel swindled should have stayed at the Holiday Inn..
