Proximity to the Messe Frankfurt Fairgrounds - Walking Distance. Comfortable Bed. Ample Towels in the Bathroom.

Cercanía al aeropuerto

La cerradura del cuarto estaba dañada. Para entrar, habia que pedir ayuda.

Location near to the fair hall 9 and breakfast

The room is poor . There is no coffee making machine and to my surprise there was no safe deposit box .

Very cleanBig roomsLovely Staff Food

Paying for Parking hhhmmm…

The breakfast had good options. Staff is friendly and helpful

Coming from a long trip and you need to charge your items, there are no sockets near the bed. Only one at the table and in the bathroom. Had the room next to the elevator was super noise starting at 6am. That door to the hallway was constantly opened and closed. In generell you can hear your neighbors from room to room easily. Had not the best sleep. Then there was a power cut and I could not leave the garage. They were not able to open the front gate manually. In the end i took a taxi. But just imagine you have to catch a flight or train.

Bad

‏Worst experience ever in Frankfurt! In 40°C heat, the air conditioning was broken, and the staff did nothing except say they couldn’t refund our money. The next day, even though we had paid for breakfast, we were thrown out of the restaurant in front of all the guests. Total disrespect! Thank God this nightmare is over.

It was really well put together. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cool during a very hot week in Frankfurt.

The bar was unfortunately closed and the breakfast is quite expensive for the food selection.

Close distance to Messe, niceand helpful staff

More vegetables for breakfast

Staff was friendly, place was clean

Rooms have signs of wear and tear

room is ok

Room wifi was terribly slow.couldnt open even login page needed to use wifi.only lobby could use wifi.

The location was near my job.

Stuff told me that check out is at 10:30 and bothered me 3 times so they could ask when I am leaving, and the cleaning manager came also told me that check out time ist 11:30. Never again!

Disappointing

The hotel has very nice location. The building the rooms the AC the walls the baths needs renovation During February the AC can not warm the room.

Staff all super stars

Breakfast all time not changing and to much salt why I don’t know? Some customer got blood pressure and other problem please don’t use salt am 3 days stay in the hotel no chicken just egg and bacon

Hot water, short walk to exhibition halls.

Booked because it was close to Messe Frankfurt, and because they advertised dinner and room service. Neither food options were available. Wifi continually dropped out. Pillows poor. One plug socket by bed broken. Room was noisy, bedroom floors are not carpeted, and you can hear furniture being dragged from above. Breakfast was terrible, dirty tables, none laid up. No cutlery available, hardly any food left, and nothing being replenished. Only two staff working?

Location ok for Trade show at Messe about 20min walk

The location is close to a busy road so noisy, I don’t like the German standard tiny duvets!

Room was big and clean

Room was a bit cold, heating could have been better

Very clean and spacious

Little far from central Frankfurt

The staff is helpful and friendly, overall clean. Good price for money, booked last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and got accommodated very well.

Old building, small bathroom.

The breakfast was satisfactory. But when we wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, the menu was very modest and the prices very high.

The fact that it seemed more like a two star hotel. The room had no fridge, there was a broken safe that even though we asked for it to be replaced, until the last day this did not happen. Small bathroom.
