Proximity to attractions.

The carpets were sticky. Area seemed a little rough returning to the hotel at night time. The bar/restaurant we¿re not open at the times advertised. We selected this hotel due to an advertised hotel shuttle. A hotel shuttle is not available/ ¿40 if availa

Everything was disgusting. The place is full of trash, dirty and very bad! I’ve been into hundreds of places, but this one is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been. They have charged me 460 € per night and I couldn’t even stay for the whole paid period, because of the dirt and the smell. For everyone- Avoid this dirty and disgusting place!

Staff were very welcoming and did everything they could to assist. Location is really good - 5 minutes walk from the ziel street. Breakfast was ok too

We came in hot days and there is no air conditioning which made our stay very unpleasant despite the above. They tried placing those mobile ac units in our room which didn’t do anything. There was city construction next to the hotel which was noisy at times

The breakfast was good. Different types of cheese, breads, croissant, different spreads, coffee, tea, oats etc. The staff is also nice and helpful.

There were people eating dinner in the reception, which smelled awful. The decoration is very distasteful, both in reception and in rooms. The towels and the bed linens in the rooms were dirty. Other than breakfast, it doesn't deserve 4 stars. And the hotel was under construction, which started early in the morning, which they didn't mentioned before booking.

Breakfast alternatives

The Hotel was very central which made the Christmas Markets and the town center only a few minutes walk away. The trams and train lines are also beside the hotel which would give you easy access to travelling around the city and on to the airport. The staff were very friendly and easily helped us with any queries we had. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Frankfurt.

Great small hotel with very welcoming staff. Easy walking distance to shopping area and Christmas markets.

The only negative is that the road it’s on is a back street.

Did not affect our stay; however, surrounding construction was a bit to negotiate at first. Would not let that stop me staying there!
