Hotel Emiliana am Bahnhof

The room was clean and the place was easy it to find. It’s near the train station which is awesome. Using a code to get my room card is also easy and quick.

Just a minor complaint about the smell in the room. There’s a strong odor to the room.

Nicely located near REWE store and halal meat shops with lots of middle eastern food options. Upgraded washrooms with bidets in toilets for catering to visitors from the gulf region. Nice room service once a day at 3PM.

Value for money.

It is very close to the Bahnhof and close to a lot of supermarkets and Apotheke nearby. The wifi is strong enough to work. The area is quiet.

It was not clean at all. The toilet and bathroom was dirty and not well prepared for the new guest to check-in. No refrigerator. No trash bin in the room, only one in bathroom, which is quite inconvenient if you want to throw trash.

Close to rail

No reception, no info on code how to enter, unfriendly on telephone. Fully not in line with description on booking.com

location is quite sleepy , nothing intresting around, all closes very early and but its very close to the train so easy to reach there :) room is clean and comfortable

i would expect from a hotel that has no reception to have a way (intercome..? whatsupp?) to contact the staff , i was lucky that a kind woman on the street was willing to call the hotel's telephone number so i could leave the bag there and not carry it around with me all day in the city (since i arrived before check in time ).

Clean, easy and straightforward check in, direct and accessible communication, understanding service, simple but well equipped room, best location, reasonably priced, less than 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station which is literally less than 10 minutes away from the hbf

It is good that the hotel is located near a train station and there is bakeries and Rewe supermarket nearby where you can even park the car inside for the night. The room is basic and the bed is comfortable (as my boyfriend said, he slept very well there).

There are two things I didn't like: First, there is no fridge inside the room. There is only a freezer and it is not convenient to have freezer in a hotel room I think (we just don't need it). Secondly, since it is contactless hotel, it is hard to contact the staff through mail via booking.com site. The phone is not functional for quick access either. So if you need helps urgently, this might be very inconvenient way of operation.

Location is good but no elevator. Small stair but good in term of value of money.

Duvet stained. Bathroom not super clean. Towels very poor / 20 years old. Communications not particularly responsive nor helpful

Not the Worst and definitely not the Best but it did the job. They only give you a pair of towels which is supposed to last your whole stay which was very unhygienic for us. The location is close to the train station which was ideal but the noise level from the cars and buses passing is a bit irritating as you can hear the buses stopping and beeping in the middle of the night. Since we reserved our stay months in advance it was worth the price but if your looking to stay here and your on a time crunch to book i would 100% NOT recommend it.

1.The level of attention and detail put into this “Hotel” is extremely poor.2.The noise 3. The Tv does not work properly 4. This is not a Hotel and more of a rent a room situation 5. The Whole building stinks of some sort of specific food which lasted every single day of our stay. 6.When we “Checked in” the window was open which made the whole flat cold all night , regardless of the heater being on and the window being closed.

Easy checkin and non-contact entry to building. Spacious. Large bathroom. Fridge in room (mini, loud and froze overnight). View of church. second hand wuality of towels, which means this place actually IS environmentally friendly They gave me a top floor room with a little balcony which I loved :)

The key card for the room was left in a safe that was unlocked - what if someone else with entry to the building had picked it up and decided to trash my room before I arrived? Then it would have seemed to be my fault. Obviously unlikely but shouldn't be risked. Programmable key card wasn't working perfectly. I had to wave it over the door in a lot of ways before it worked. On arrival the trash can of the previous resident had not been emptied. Towels were very small and thin. Bedding was fairly old and worn (But actualy I think that's a good sustainable solution). A very horrible smell originated from the shower on the first night.

In general quite clean, but the bath was not cleaned properly

Size of the room and wardrobe. Two duvet for Autumn and Summer which could be combined for Winter as 1. Room was clean and quiet. Pilow very comfortable. Good connections with the center.

Floor tiles and as a result cold floor. Two mattresses instead of 1, also it was not comfortable to sleep on it.

It was clean but there was quite a bit of dust on the lamp, towel drier, heater etc.
