Trip Inn Residence City Center

Location was good and transportation to/from the hotel was good

The rooms were not filthy, but they were not clean. No staff were present for check-in, check-out or for any other potential needs.

Location

Everything else. Nobody was there at arrival short before 6pm. The elevator was broken (and seemed to be for a while) and nobody informed us. The guests that were staying there were over 70 years old and half to climb six flights of stairs (room at the sixth floor). This is unacceptable.

This was my first time staying at Trip Inn. The location was very convenient — there is a supermarket just across the street, and the facilities were clean.

There was a leak in the toilet above, which caused a strong humidity smell. The elevator was not working during the entire stay. The self check-in process was also complicated because the key did not work, and when I requested help for a replacement key, I had to wait outside in the cold for about 20 minutes.

View and location

I booked an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room but when i arrived they said that is not available and you can not get ur money back i said I don’t want my money back i want the apartment which I booked and eventually they gave me two separate bedrooms

Cleaning lady was very helpful

No staff there most of the time, or went to supermarket across the street.Baby bed was confirmed during booking, wasn't in the room, and telephone service just said "no one there, ask again tomorrow".

it's located in a very good position.city center is near and have a great view.

The bed, pillow and blankets were very very uncomfortable.

Room is okay for the price. I didn't state the arrival time correctly but still was greeted on the reception, which was nice.

Although it is stated that the rooms are non smoking, my room heavily smelled of smoking and we couldn't stay in the room and didn't get a refund.

Loved the balcony view. Good location. Needed to ask for a glass as there was only one. No coffee maker.

S bahn is not far

I had a terrible stay. After an exhausting day at the Messe I had a terrible night because of the continuous , loud bumping noise from the room above me. It sounded like someone was moving furniture for hours! After calling the reception the lady asked me to go up with her to warn the occupants since she was afraid ? ! The noise didn't stop after threatening them with the police, I called the reception 3 more times. No use. The same started in the morning at around 5:30. Definitely want my money back! Never come here!!! Needless to say reception doesn't speak neither proper German nor English!!!

This hotel was perfect! Room was clean, warm, cozy and spacious, there was enough space for three people, so it is suitable to travel alone, together with your partner or with friends. The apartment itself felt very homelike. The bed was big and comfortable. Also the view from the window was amazing too, especially in the evening. The check-in was super-easy, the location was great! All items inside the apartment functioned properly. So what more is there to say? I give it five stars. I liked it very much, and so did my friends, who stayed there with me. p.s.: drivers, be careful, there is no parking at the hotel. But you can easily find several relatively inexpensive parking lots nearby.

the location and the view from the window and the balcony were stunning. I also liked the bathroom, was clean and with good renovation. Also the bed linen and towels were quite clean.

It was clean enough, but not perfect. The curtains were dirty and stained. There were also stains on the walls.

There is no security no reception! The guests were really unpleasant and all night made a noise and punch the furnitures and screamed all the time and made me feel unsecured. Even they trowed a empty bottle from the balcony!!! I even could not open the curtain and this took up to 3am. No one in the facility to keep secure and make the people in peace.Really unpleasant accomodation even though the location was good

I really enjoyed my stay here, the apartment was clean and comfortable and the location was great with lovely river walks. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful

The entrance door was hard to open and was a bit nervous in the evenings when reception was closed

View from the small balcony outside my room was magnificent. Close to attractions and Ostendstraße. Staff was very pleasant.Try JamysBurgers across the street.

Very noisy techno music on the last night of my stay (Friday night) that went on all night. I was on the river side and I was unable to sleep because of it. I ended up leaving for the airport much earlier than planned because of it.

Wonderful view, very close to old city, opposite to Lidl

When I ask about parking they did not told me that there are free parking outside so I paid parking for nothing, the bed sofa is broken

Very convenient location, very close to my relatives' home.

We asked for more pillows, they never came! First night it was noisy, some noisy people upstairs.
