We stayed here for one night after arriving on an international flight. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and the front desk staff graciously accommodated an early check-in for us because our rooms were ready. This was very much appreciated since we were exhausted. We were also offered a welcome drink later in the day, which was such a nice touch! The rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station, though if you have luggage, I would recommend getting an Uber. The rooftop bar was closed for an event when we were there, so we did not get to enjoy it, but main restaurant and bar on the street level was fun. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

The staff were friendly and very welcoming, and the rooftop bar had a really great vibe.

Breakfast selection is really limited.

It was the perfect stay in a stylish hotel with character. Perfect location within walking distance to both the Hauptbahnhof and Messe. Tram station is one minute from the hotel but it takes only 20 minutes to get to the Römer by foot via marvellous business district. The cleanliness of the room - exceptional.The room is equiped with everything you need and more (marshall speaker, clothes steamer). The bar downstairs is an attraction point itself and provide you with delicious cousine and cocktails as well as with great continental breakfast. The staff was really hospitable, attentive, friendly and not in the least stiff. It was like staying at your friends house but with a designer‘s touch.

Breakfast wasn´t unfortunately available on the morning of my stay, the cook hadn´t shown up for work. The staff was very nice though, apologized and prepared me a cappuccino.

A bit of an odd set up for breakfast- not a lot of choice for bread. Also slow re-stock of hot water for making tea.

Lovely room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great bed and decent shower.

Location is a bit sketchy. Wouldn’t recommend walking from the station at night. The street itself is fine - feels a bit remote - but around the station are lots of drug dealers. Feels quite unsafe.Also the staff are fine but the guy who greeted us wasn’t particularly friendly.

Really nice and modern but still felt unique. The room itself was very clean and stylish, with just enough room for two people. Was also great to receive a complimentary beer on arrival!

It was a little far from old town and the restaurants we ended up wanting to eat at. It can also be a bit loud if you have the window open, but these are only small issues, and didn’t have a huge impact on our trip.

Beautiful modern Rooms, very clean. The Restuarant and bar attached to the hotel was a bonus. Great food!

No fridge or mini bar. I was carrying medication in the form of an epi-pen that requires refrigeration.

Very kind staff, excellent location, wonderful hotel, cosy rooms with comfortable bed, peaceful rooms, delicious breakfast, our recommendation for this hotel. Very goood value-for-money.
