The location was great and the staff were very friendly.

The listed amenities were not accurate. There is no washing machine, refrigerator or microwave, wine or wine glasses, electric kettle, etc.

The host was very informative, it was easy to check-in. The location is perfect if you need to commute. The quality is really good for the price. I can only recommend it.

Price (5/5): Great option if you’re on a tight budget.Location (4.5/5): Direct metro/train to the main station, though intervals can be long.Service (4.5/5): The hotel communicated check-in details in advance and even tried to use my language, which I appreciated. However, during my stay, I never actually saw anyone at the front desk (perhaps they are present around noon when I was out sightseeing).

Cleanliness (3/5): The bathroom had a musty smell likely due to poor ventilation; there were small pieces of trash (like paper bits) left beside the nightstand; and the kettle still contained half a pot of water, probably left by the previous guest.Privacy (3/5): The blackout curtain only covered about half of the window. While it might not be easy to see inside from the outside, my room (No. 1) was on the ground floor directly facing the street, which made me feel unsafe. In addition, the door could not be locked from the inside — it could always be opened with a card or code.

Quite comfortable, perhaps lacking at least a small fridge and a wardrobe. It is OK if you need just a place to sleep. The operator / owner communicates well and has been very helpfull.

To put it kindly, the bathroom was average and a bit cold.

Very friendly owner - helped.us find a solution to store the bike safely and rang afterwards to ask of all went well. The room is fine, and the location is ideal for reaching the Messe quickly. Good coffee around the corner.

Room was clean. The hotel is located in quit district, 7-10 minutes from the train station from which you can easily and quickly get to the center. There are several supermarkets nearby. The hotel owner was very welcoming and provided with very detailed instructions on how to check-in.

The soundproof is poor: I have heard people talking in the hallway. Also there are rubbish bins right near the window, which can also add some noise. The room was not equipped with kettle/coffeemaker, as it was stated in description (although I did not ask the owner about providing any of that, maybe there is possibility to ask for something like that).

Everything was great! There is a large grocery store nearby, and the hotel is very close to the center of Frankfurt. The host is friendly, and the room is clean. I will definitely come again! Excellent value for money!
