NH Frankfurt Messe

Very clean room, comfortable bed, nice amenities provided, excellent location.

No dishes provided in apartment, only a fork and spoon. Air conditioner wasn't working. Drain in bathtub very slow. There seemed to be residual cigarette odor in the curtains, walls, woodwork; was smoking allowed in the past?

It's a short tram ride from the main station. That gets you away from all the dirtballs. The check in guy was a crab, but everything else was fine.

The staff was very friendly. I appreciated their kindness throughout my stay. The woman who checked us in was very helpful showing us on the map things to do for our very short stay. The hotel is a short walk to the train. The evening staff was very nice.

I have very high standards for cleanliness. The hotel was clean overall, but the floor could've used some cleaning. Everything else was fantastic.

Great rooms, beautiful modern look. Amazing bathrooms with strong shower AND a bath. Great lighting in the rooms.

Room and staff were great

You had to choose between road noise and air conditioning. That said, the double pane, double windows did completely stop road noise.

Clean, nice bathroom, room was well-furnished, breakfast terrific.

Super easy to get to from the airport and train station. Right across the street from the Messe station. Staff is fabulous. We arrived at 930 in the morning and they had our room ready in 10 minites. Nice breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was great but a little pricey (€20).

This is not really a hotel, there are no hotel facilities at all, just a little fridge with some food and drinks in the lobby that you have to scan to pay. This was more expensive than the real hotel. This is more like serviced long stay rooms. Please don’t mix this up with the other fabulous NH Frankfurt which is directly across the road and has all the facilities. Definitely won’t stay again.

Good size room that was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The location is good (around 20min walk to centre). The check in was efficient and the staff were very helpful. We didn't op for breakfast but lots of good places nearby.

You can hear a lot of noise from other rooms which disturbed our sleep on 1 night

Very convenient. 20 minutes walk to the town where u can find so many halal restaurants. And opposite the hotel there’s a mall also with choice for halal food and its not limited to only middle eastern food. 30min walk to Römerberg and so many touristy places.

Everything! The location is very convenient, quite central but with the possibility to avoid the central station area. The room was quite big and very clean. The bed was big as well and super comfortable. Checkout at 12pm is a huge asset, especially on a (lazy, grey) Sunday.

The rooms were well equipped with tea/coffee facilities. They were a good size and clean. Despite being near the festival hall the rooms were quiet. Breakfast had a good selection of options. All the staff were efficient and personable.

Soundproofing very good, quiet room, very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Very clean. Central location with public transport options nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast not worth the money, very small selection, not many choices. Bread not fresh. No hotel bar for some evenings drinks. Without being asked I was enrolled in the GHA discovery (loyalty) programme. I do not wish to be a member.
