Do not stay here for laundry until the dryer is fixed

The dryer was broken and they didn’t do anything to label it broken, even when the staff saw me trying to fix the issue.

The apartment was clean, fresh sheets and towels. Very nice view from the windows. The kitchen is equipped with all needed for cooking. Self check-in was easy and fast. Apartment is located close to Main Train Station and all public transport. A lot of restaurants and shops around.

Sometimes it was difficult to press buttons on the door lock er, especially with long nails. And it would be nice to have a cooker hood above the stove in the kitchen, since it’s impossible to keep the windows open all the time during cooking in cold weather. Also, when taking a shower, some water leaks through the gap under the shower door, which leaves a puddle on the bathroom floor each time.

Location is excellent near to central station and next to almost everything

Place next to central station is not safe.. a lot of drugs people around and you might be assaulted Bed can be butter

Good clean room, location in the closest proximity to the central station.

Location is both advantage and disadvantage. Close to the station - good from logistic perspective, but not good from the street noise and cleanliness perspective.

We had a very serious incident during our stay. On Saturday evening, at around 10pm, someone knocked at our apartment door. We opened it to a security guy to look at our faces and say: "you need to leave now." We were extremely confused about why we would need to leave the apartment that we booked and paid for in the very middle of our stay and in the middle of the night. The man kept showing us his phone saying that he received instructions that we had to be removed from our room. After insisting we were staying there because we had booked our stay, he decided to call someone from Numa. This person asked for our personal details and confirmed there was nothing wrong with our booking and that it was a mistake. The security man left and we were still in shock that this situation happened. We have stayed in Numa apartments several times in the past years and this situation is totally unacceptable. That's definitely the worst way of treating and threatening guests. We're extremely disappointed at the service level and hope this incident never happens again with other guests.

The location is good, few steps away from Central Station. Everything is digitally, so no headaches on check-in / checkout, no misunderstandings based on language etc.The room was clean, the bed very comfy, we found everything we needed in the kitchen, plus the view was really nice! There are supermarkets nearby and coffee shops, plenty kebab places.I have seen other people giving a lower score because of the homeless people nearby and I don’t understand what does it have to do with the apartment?! It’s not like the host put you to sleep with homeless people……. For anyone with common sense or that has visited any other places, there are homeless people EVERYWHERE IN THIS WORLD, specially if you will stay near Central Station…. Important to mention that they’re actually drug dealers so worse case scenario they will ask you if you want to buy anything from them and if the answer is “no”, they just let you be, they are not aggressive at all and I have also seen security people assuring the order and safety.

Location and internet

Crisis accessing the digital entry after arrival and checkin as the main and ONLY entrance door got jammed and we were locked in for two hours. If there was a fire/medical emergency or someone who needs to catch a plane, there was no one on site to help although the whatsAPP team was available but unable to fix this. We advised that the room safe was locked and we were unable to use it on arrival and reminded them the next day but it was never addressed probably due to the continuous problem with accessing the digital main door entry and on the last day, our room digital door. We had to use the backup code given to us via whatsApp many times to gain access to both the main door and our room door.Additionally, there were no fire escape instructions in the room, the room lights were insufficient, the window curtains and bed linen were too small and kitchen items (one champagne glass/chipped bowl) were damaged or missing.

Comfortable and centrally located apartment. Was easy to find from the main train station, although not the safest of areas to walk through.

The maintainance and upkeep of my apartment was not great. Only one of three lights was working in the bedroom, and the complimetary coffee tin was empty. When I mentioned this to on-site staff, they did not act at all to resolve the issues. And the Numa remote chat service seemed powerless to do anything either. I was offered a voucher in compensation, but I'd have preferred it if Numa sorted out how they treated their guests in a much better, speedy, responsible and responsive way.

Great view and very comfortable bed.All Prozess was easy and comfy.The night was quiet and the room completely dark.Supermarkets and Restaurants are near, great location.

It wasn't coffee available and lots of things were broken.Dishes for cooking were also unavailable or not working well.But the Microwave worked instead of this.

I liked everything - The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing! Complimentary coffee, water and tea was provided. Beautifully clean bathroom and room.

The room was a bit cold when I arrived and took quite some time to get warm, but other than that, nothing else.

It is clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. The location is very close to the main station

We had some problems plugging in our devices as our USB adapters did not have an earth. We eventually figured it out but possibly they should warn guests about this.

The room is great and clean. The bed is very comfortable. It's the right size for two people and the location next to the main station is very convenient.

This isn't about the property but the surrounding area is a bit sketchy at night.

It’s very central and walking distance to the main train station. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was also nice. The place is so nice we booked it again for a second stay.

This is less about the property and more about outside. There are a lot of sketchy characters hanging around the train station and many drunks smashing bottles on the street. During the day it’s completely fine, only at night was this a problem.
