Location, cleanliness, staff and the breakfast

Friendly staff and comfortable and quiet room.

Staff were A1. Breakfast included eggs and full array of breads and even included smoke salmon. Liked the free mini bar stocked with a few beers water and soft drinks and even a few chocolate bars. Room was clean and quiet. Location was close to train

Room was small, but that's normal in Europe.

It was a perfect stay. Great location between train station and the city center. Really good breakfast. Clean and comfy room. Especially the helpful and kind staff. Thank you to everybody

The location is near the train station and across the street from the tram—the breakfast service and fresh cooked eggs, the quick action from the receptionist in finding a solution.

The hotel's exterior appears low-budget; however, the interior is cozy.

It was a short but very comfortable stay. 3-4 mins from the train station, 20 min from old town, friendly staff, very good breakfast. The bus station is around the corner. Free bottles of water were available every morning.

It was a lot of noise on Friday night. It sounds like it was a party somewhere in the neighborhood so the several blocks could hear it during the night.

We stayed at Europa Hotel Frankfurt and absolutely loved it! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming.When we arrived around 9:00 a.m., our room wasn’t ready yet, but they kindly invited us to enjoy breakfast first.On our departure day, we had to leave very early and couldn’t have breakfast, but the hotel staff thoughtfully offered us some bananas and bread to take on the road. Such a small gesture, yet it made our trip feel extra warm and cared for

Convenient to train station. Room was clean and neat. Free drinks in mini-bar. Staff very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good.

The location close (7 minutes) to the Hauptbanhof, from where you can access the U and S trains to all popular locations in Frankfurt. The room was OK and the breakfast was good.

The proximity to the Hauptbanhof is not the nicest location in Frankfurt - many immigrants and not too clean. We didn't like too much the glass door to the bathroom, would prefer a regular door.

It was a 5min walk from the train station, the rooms were very nice. The area is quiet. The breakfast was excellent, they even give all the drinks in the room for free and replenished it everyday. The family that owns the place and their staff are all so friendly and accommodating. We arrived on the hottest day in July and they gave our rooms 5 hours before check in so we can be comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel…

The shower tended to leak on the bathroom floor.

Location, Comfort, Minibar + Coffee Station in the Room. Excellent value.

The staff were very helpful and friendly both at the reception and the breakfast staff. The room was quite nice with a nice sofa in addition to the beds.

Clean, large room (twin room booking ended up being single bed for my son and queen size for me). Friendly & helpful staff (iron was brought to room upon request). Minibar stocked with soda, beer and water. Our water was free. Late checkout (officially 12, but the seem flexible). 4 minutes from main train station. Tram stop in front. Varied food options nearby.. 10 walking minutes from Main river.

Our room was toward the back and even though the windows were closed, there was alot of street noise (cars, music, people). That is why I gave a 9 for location. No problem with earplugs!

Clean and comfortable (not great mattresses but good enough. Staff made the difference! They were very friendly and breakfast was wonderful! Close to train station.

Mattresses could have been better. Neighborhood is a little sketchy.

Location is close to Train station and all types of transportation is easily accessible. Breakfast was included and excellent too. Little candies at the reception desk was a nice treat.

All positives and no negative comments that I can think of.
