Park Inn By Radisson Frankfurt Airport

Very high price for value. Hidden cost. Breakfast not included

Liked the location, walking distance to the airport (20 mins), quiet, and clean.

Breakfast is not included and they charge $15 per person. Go to a bakery instead. They have a shuttle to the airport but also charge $7 per person.

Location

Will not clean your room unless you ask them

I like the location, No daily room service, unless i ask, is that shame ?

Everything is perfect. ?

The staff were incredible and accommodating. Especially the restaurant staff. They gave me recommendations and were extremely helpful and accommodating.

I wish the breakfast went one more hour :)

Location is central to airport.

Very old, rooms need Reno’s, cleaner bathrooms.,

It was near to the airport and there is a car parking

The pillow wasn’t so good. I couldn’t sleep all night and also there is no tooth kit the ,toilet was dirty and also the shower sink

Perfect for a night before flying. It has a bar, there are restaurants around and a supermarket right in front of it and good transportation options to the airport.

I didn't dislike anything. It is comfortable, basic.

Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. Great for a stopover stay

The best design for room temperature (bedroom not too hot while bathroom very warm; don't know how they made it work but I haven't felt this comfortable even in much more expensive hotels); more than enough hooks in the bathroom; many details in the room adding comfort; generous offer of water and sweets; room VERY clean and well-maintained

Make changing reservation date convenient, excellent staff, clean facility, quality of food and drinks at hotel restaurant, comfortable bed, excellent lighting in rooms, power outlets and light controls on bed, bathrooms clean and convenient-excellent stay!

It was very close to airport

Room was super cold I couldn't even change the temperature of my own room it was controlled from center wich I didn't understand where the hell is "center " there no phone in my room to call front desk so I went downstairs and the girl at front desk had a long puffer and winter hat on and offered me another blanket. There was no pen and paper in the room as well.

perfect location, quite close to the S-bahn stop connecting Frankfurt Main airport. The room was spacious, and they provided a tea and coffee maker with the necessary equipment, which was a boon before going out before sunrise on a winter morning to catch a flight. Also, the room was not noisy at all. The bed was very comfortable.

It would be better if they had provided us with a pair of slippers and a microwave in the room.

Location near airport. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing as such.

Conveniently located for travellers stopping over in Frankfurt for the night even though there is no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We took a taxi which cost 15 euros. The room was clean .The bed was comfortable except for the pillows. The shower was modern and easy to manage. It was a very quiet room . The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We paid an additional 15 euro for the breakfast which was abundant with lots of choices. Overall, it was very pleasant. We would consider choosing the Park Inn again.

The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Better and more pillows in the room would have been appreciated. The shower door was a little finicky and consequently the floor around the outside of the shower got very wet and slippery.

Liked the room, the breakfast and the easy of check-in & check-out.

Seemed close to terminals, but took longer than expected. The taxi ride to the terminals was so short, didn’t have time to work out which terminal I needed.

The location is excellent, close to the airport. The room is average; the size is good and cleanliness is acceptable.

The main issue was the cold. Although the central heating was on and I increased both the temperature and fan speed, the room remained cold.
