The staff was fantastic and helpfull. We love the place: it's near the train station.

Spacious room, everything was new and fresh

Location due to being in a dodgy neighborhood.

The shower was very good and the apartment was comfortable

We asked for fresh towels toilet paper and new shower gel for the shower and only got the shower gel replaced so had to go to reciption later to get them, plus the location wasn't great with rubbish all over the streets every day we were there,however it was very convenient being near brussels midi/zuid station for day trips

Very well behaved staff, 24*7 reception available. Drinking water, cafe available. Also the staff was very good to accommodate requests. They also kept my luggages in the strong room for 4 hours on the check out day. The apartment has a working kitchen, with good heating, ventilation. Also got a room upgrade during my stay.

Cozy stay with a very good breakfast. The location is just outside Midi station, so it’s well connected to the airport and central destinations.

The property was clean and fresh. It seemed quite new. The bed was very comfortable. The room was great.

The breakfast was extremely overpriced. €20 for a hotel breakfast is ridiculous. I skipped that and went to a nearby store and got a pastry on a banana for less than two euro.

Great location, just 5 minutes’ walk from Midi Station. There’s a shop across the street and a supermarket in the same building. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and the luggage room was available to store our luggage. The room was clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. The bed was comfortable, and the cooking and dining equipment worked well. No iron in the room, but reception can provide one. The area felt safe and convenient

The staff was extremely helpful, the location was close to the metro and the room was spacious and comfy.

The 2nd floor hallway has very strong curry cooking smell due to poor ventilation system and customer’s cooking in the unit! But I’m glad the staff try his best to reassign other rooms to us.

The receptionist, Pan, was very nice and took care of everything, including check-in and recommending tourist attractions in Brussels.

Location. The area around the accommodation and train station was dirty and felt unsafe at times.No housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights and our towels were not replaced even though sign in the bathroom stated out towels would get changed if left in shower. Coffee and tea were not refilled

The location only 5 minute from gare du midi. In front of the location there are some stores. The kitchen is complete. There is also laundry that can be used near the lobby.

Clean, Michael was nice.

Parking garage was expensive, dirty, and I couldn’t get into the gate without having to ask.No food. Few nearby restaurants.Hard bed and HOT room. The website said AC but I couldn’t get it to turn on and I was sweating all night.

30 minute walk to town, neighborhood is not the best.

Clean and neat :)The staff were very helpful with our EV car situation - not really a bad point but if you're driving an EV car like us, note that the car park doesn't allow you to park and charge unless you have a specific membership/card to their particular vendor.

The hotel is located near to the train station which is quite dodgy in our opinions.

Street parkings available and free from 6 PM till 9 AM. A supermarket and other services nearby.

The rooms were smelly and did not feel clean. The hotel overall felt cramped. The shower in the double room has no barriers so water would fill the whole bathroom. Cleaning is not included.

The close proximity to the railway station. Very spacious, the dishwasher could be very useful. The bed was very comfy. The shower was a good size with good pressure and nice and hot.

The building was on the seedier side of the area, you have to pass many homeless people, some of whom have set up a miniature camp site and others who approach you for money. The bed linen and towels were never changed during our 4 night stay and the tea and coffee and tea were never topped up, if you asked for more years bags they were guarded preciously and I had to justify why I might need more. If we had only stayed one or two nights, that would not have been a problem. There were only 2 sets of crockery and cutlery so you have to wash up as you go along, so the dishwasher was wasted as it's not worth putting on for the small amount of dishes. 4pm check in is a bit late. The only English T.V. channels we could get was rolling news unless you subscribe to Chrome, and the air conditioning was too complicated to work out, whatever you pressed, it still said 'off'.

Close to gare midi. Staff were extremely polite. Supermarket 20 feet away. Main bed was good enough for 3 nights.

Pull out bed not good. I thought laundry was in room when booking, it is not.

Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning. Liked the kitchenette and microwave. Close to train station.

Needed more towels and supplies. No place in the room to sit comfortably. Needed more info for garbage system for the kitchenette.

The location was great, close to the train station and tourist attractions.

The laundry was difficult to operate as I had to get an Ap on my phone to wash and dry my clothes.
