Clean, spacious and modern rooms. Next door to European parliament.

Clean and quiet, even when the lobby turns into a nightclub. We had a comfortable king size bed and a mini fridge, which was able to be guaranteed. We also loved the shower. The grab and go downstairs was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Great location, large rooms, OK gym, great staff

Dark hallways. Directions from Schuman bus and Metro stops would be helpful. Wi-fi sometimes weak or off. No operative menu features on TV

it's one of the best hotels we've ever stayed. the room deco are so contemporary and rooms are very spacious. washroom design is unique too. well worth the money I paid for!

Good location, closed to Parlamentarium

The toilet area was separated from the room by a very thin glass partition, which provided almost no sound insulation or privacy. This made the stay uncomfortable, especially when traveling with family. In addition, there was no toilet brush or air freshener in the bathroom, which felt like a basic amenity that should be provided.Soundproofing in general was poor — we could clearly hear noise from other rooms and the hallway, which affected our ability to rest.Another downside was the breakfast. There was no hot breakfast option available, which was unexpected and quite disappointing.

Sound isolation in the apartments. A lot of noise from the street, even though I was on fl 5.

A very modest selection for a €30 breakfast. But the quality is good.

Very nice hotel, better than other 4 or 5 stars hotels. Excelent cleaning, nice staff, 30 min walking distance from the Grand Place and 7 min from the European Parliament.

The rain!

Very good price for what you get. Easy check in. Great staff. Great location. Quiet but close to metro station. Lots of shops to buy groceries and restaurants. Very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. The kettle with tea bags and coffee was very much appreciated. The apples at the reception were very welcoming!

Robe and slippers. They also provide toothcare kits without amy problems. Clean, spacious Beautiful. And moderately (but not completely silent)

The teapot was breaking apart right in my hands. Really needs an update. The tv makes cheeping sounds when off (had to unplug it from the socket).The blinking fire alarm freaks me out everywhere, and here too.

Everything was great. The room was very clean, comfortable, and bigger than expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was excellent, spacious, clean and beautiful. Very quite with a comfy bed. There is a nice bar and the late check out is a great bonus. Certainly coming back again.

Breakfast was good, relative clean

The extra bed was not in the room when we arrived, but it was brought quickly after we asked. Unfortunately, it was broken, so they replaced it with another one. However, the replacement was very small and more suitable for a child. Bathrobes and slippers were not in the room either; after our request, slippers were provided, but bathrobes were not.

Impeccably clean and stylish hotel in the very centre of Brussels. I had big and stylish room with many amenities. Nice view from the window as well. I travelled for work and the venue was a few steps from the hotel. This hotel was great and I would stay here again.

The reception and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The laundry service offered great value for money. Although the rooms do not come equipped with cutlery and kitchen utensils, guests can borrow these from the kitchen/breakfast area next to the reception. The coffee machine near the entrance was excellent and also a good value. The hotel’s location is ideal, being close to important sightseeing spots in the city and two metro stations. The views from the hotel were fantastic, and it was conveniently located near several restaurants, particularly excellent Middle Eastern eateries. The rooms were a good size with ample storage space. The bathroom and shower facilities were also very good.

The hotel was very well equipped for a family stay a pool table, table football and a selection of board games were excellent additions. It was comfy the rooms spacious and fantastic value for money. Breakfast was excellent even providing gluten free options which were a godsend. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Myself and my daughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
