- Staff were excellent in communicating for our needs and the breakfast served was very good. Rooms were clean and beds were so comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.
- Very clean and cosy, staff was very polite and the soroundings very quiet. Our room had a very nice view over the neighborhood. The breakfast was good, with a very large variety. It's location is at a walkable distance from main transport statioin. 10 minutes from tram lines or Metro station. 15-20 minutes to Gare du Midi.I would definitely recommend and we will return here, because for a 2-3 nights it's all you need and it is best value for money.
- Really convenient for the city, great location, not far from a metro either. Staff really helpful and friendly, rooms nice and clean. Was slightly on the small side but didn’t matter that much as we were out all day for as long as we could be.
Cons -
- The only thing I would say is there was underfloor heating in the bathroom that was permanently on, we didn’t know how to turn it off or if you could so we got out of the shower sweatier than when we went in
- The only small downside was that the shower was a bit small, but it wasn’t a big issue at all and did not affect the overall experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
- Only get one days coffee for your room, refills are available from reception and only 50 cents each however so not a massive criticism.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check-in process was very easy and smooth, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, modern, and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a great place and a very good option if you’re staying in Brussels for just a few days. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — it was wonderful and exceeded my expectations.

a very nice location in a quite neighborhood. the rooms are spacious and comfy, although they are a little bit cold, even if the heater was on. One important missing thing is the toilet brush. wide variety of food for breakfast.
Lovely clean hotel with all major tourist attractions within walking distance (20 mins walk)Bed was super comfy

It was a very nice and comfortable stay . Staffs are very friendly and helpful.. Very clean...
Lit bit away from main city center
Fancy hotel, close to a vibrant district of Brussels and with good breakfast.
the elevator was small and a bit slow
Modern, well positioned and quiet zone
The location was good, fairly close to the centre, close to metro etc. Room a little small but adequate. Close to some nice restaurants. Receptionists all very helpful and friendly. Beds comfy.
The carpets were dirty in the corridors. Needs a bit of a clean up, seemed 'tired'. The heating was way too hot
Very stylish hotel with helpful staff. Access to the metro is easy.
You can tell the building is older, and the breakfast could be richer/change more each day.
Great location and very confortable room
No real desk for doing some work
The location is good--we walked everywhere. Room was large and bright and beds comfortable, even the fold-out sofa was not bad. Good A/C. Very clean and cleaning personnel was wonderful. Breakfast was pretty good, lots of choice. We benefitted from early check in and an upgrade.
There is only one elevator that holds three people which meant that you sometimes had to wait quite a bit. Some defects in room including a leak. We had a problem reserving--we wanted a large fold out sofa which corresponded to a four-person room but only wanted three breakfasts. When I called, the staff person was not helpful and hung up on me! But in the end, we reserved for three and were give the big bed.
I like the breakfast food. My room was very quiet!
I didn’t like how cramped the breakfast room felt. I would explore other layout options to make the room easier to navigate with a lot of people in it.
Clean and breakfast was excellent
Rooms were exceptionally hot and pillows small, noisy and uncomfortable
A lovely hotel with nice design features and comfortable rooms. Good quality breakfast.
The hotel was clean, also they have good customer service.Breakfast was really good
The place from lift to the room is to small and also the lift is small
Everything in the room was nice and the hotel was small but beautiful. The neighborhood is very safe.
There is not enough like in the room and the main train station was pretty far by foot. Same goes to go to the center of the city.
The room we stayed in was very nice, clean and comfortable. We didn't hear any noise from other guests. Also, it was in a good location for getting around Belgium, with a metro station only 10 minutes away.
Although the location was good for getting around, the walk to Brussels south station felt a little unsafe at times.
Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Location is very good, nice neighborhood.
Room is too small. You have to jump through the bed in order to go to the bathroom, otherwise you can break the TV. Bathrooms is quite small as well. Almost like you are in London. I didn't see any thermostat to control the heating, so it was a bit hot. Of course, you can open the window only halfway.
