Everything was just perfect! Check-in online before my arrival, amazing staff at the reception day and night, valuable breakfast in the morning, essential room and next time I will try hot outside pool.

I would suggest to enrich a bit breakfast variety, even if it is already a good deal.

Everything was pretty good. The room was clean and the bathroom had all the supplies (shampoo, shower gel etc)Location is great, close to anything that you might need.We enjoyed staying here! Thank you!

We wish to get some more vegetables for breakfast. But it is very nice in general, especially the orange juice

Wonderful location, clean and comfortable rooms. We are Brazilian and the receptionist Samantha made us feel very comfortable, de We provide service in Portuguese and are very helpful. A hotel with admirable aesthetics, comfortable, clean, and with friendly staff.

The room had a queen sized bed, a mezzanine with two single beds and a bathroom. The window was to the very beautiful inner garden, with a warmed pool and nice tress. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious to accommodate 4 persons usage. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything. Excellent location, close to a metro station and around 20-30 min walk to most attractions.

The handrails of the mezzanine stairs were short (missing on the last step) and a bit shaky. The space upstairs was too short to accommodate two persons and their luggage. The build close to the garden was under renewals and we could smell a bit of ink.

Worst pillows I have ever used. Had a normal key for the room and used paper cards for breakfast access.

Difficult to unload luggage and quite a few people out wandering around the streets when we checked in.

Very well located, the only downside is if you arrive at like midnight it seems like it’s a dangerous alley, however, it’s not. Burger King and Zara are on the corner. Close to everything, many things are 10/15 mins walk, the street is filled with stores. The hold your baggage free of charge. Bed is firm and very comfortable. There is no Air Conditioned in the rooms, but you can open one part of the window and they have a small fan.

Family of 4 had great size family room with unsuitable and bathroom. The location was perfect two stops away on the metro.

Lovely little hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable with lovely outlook over the pool area. The pool was used (we did visit in late October and was doable, just, water was warmish) Great location.

Close/walking distance to lots of area including palace & Christmas market.

Room feels cold because of the concrete floor and showers can be cleaner.

The place was actually a bit bigger than expected. I was worried when I saw the previous reviews, but this place is true to the photos. We had an excellent stay! The beds are super comfortable. They were kind enough to allow us early check-in too!

Breakfast is not worth as selection is very minimal The room in the attic is very low sealing so not suitable for tall people. Please don’t go by the pictures as the ceilings are very low sealing

The location wasn't the prettiest, and the hotel seemed tucked away in a secluded alley. It was also quite far from the city's main tourist attractions. Aside from that, the room was quite comfortable, spacious, and quiet.

Rooms, ambiance, quirky, excellent breakfast, close to amenities/shopping in Ixelles, several restaurants near by. Comfy beds, suitable for adults or small families. Small heated pool kept clean. Lovely central secret garden. Staff friendly.

First got there and limited tea and coffee facilities in the room, however, shops are close by and easy to get what you want, even english breakfast tea and milk

The accomodation was very nice, everything went well, the room was clean, equipped with towels, shower gel, tea, small kettle and hairdryer which I was very happy with. The yard with a pool and plants is nice.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful. The garden area was peaceful and lovely.

My kids enjoyed the loft type accommodation, its clean and breakfast is good

Very helpful staff. Excellent choice on the breakfast buffet - great value and quality. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location is excellent - an easy walk to many of the top attractions. Very quiet (only disturbed by a large group one night). We would recommend this hotel!
