It was clean, cosy and the perfect location

The toilets were a bit hidden but that’s just a me problem to be honest

Amazing location. The receptionist was the best, and the facilities were clean and well kept.

We stayed for the first leg of our trip there then traveled to Amsterdam and back to Brussels again. We had an early morning trip and bought stuff the night before. Everything was placed in the refrigerator, the next morning, we could not get our stuff out because they close the kitchen at 23:00 and reopen at 09:00. We were told the reception closes at the aforementioned time, at no point were we told the kitchen also. That was the only disappointing part, I wish they would have stressed that more and maybe place a big sign on the refrigerator or inside the kitchen somewhere.

Its location was very close to the city center. It's an extremely clean hostel. The complimentary tea and coffee were nice. The cafe area was like an ethnography museum. I recommend it. See you again.

The location is amazing, the staff super nice and polite, the bed is comfortable. When we arrived everything looked clean, at least at first sight.

The room is super small, almost claustrophobic for 4 people to stay. The bathroom is really bad, lights flickering while you shower, the fabric curtains on the shower get soaked and soak all the bathroom. The trunks are super small and we had to leave our stuff on the floors and windows. We found a tick on one of the beds, that was really bad. The elevator is really old, gets only 2 people in and doesn't work during the night time leaving us to climb 3 floors after a long day out.

The elevator isn’t working 24/7 we checked out 8:30 am and the elevator starts working 9am we carried our luggage also we booked quadruple private room for 3 nights they refused to change the towels only 1 towel per person for the whole stay

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at The Legacy by 2Go4 City Center. The place was spotless, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Its location is perfect—close to public transportation and just a short walk from the Grand Place, which makes evening and night walks so enjoyable. The lounge area is very cozy and gives you the chance to meet people from all over the world. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The room was really clean and having our own bathroom was a big surprise ! Also I had booked a mixted dorm and when the employee saw that i was a femele solo traveler, he proposed to change me to a female dorm.

I liked everything about the property

I had a comfortable and convenient stay at Legacy by 2GO4 City Center. The location is excellent, close to train stations, Christmas markets, and the city center. The check-in/out system works smoothly, and all common areas are well-designed and nice to spend time in. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, with extra showers on the floor equipped with soap and shampoo.

A couple of improvements could make the stay even better: adding curtains and a small shelf for each bed would improve privacy and comfort, and the inside of the lockers could be cleaner.

Great central location within walking distance to major train stations and most sights around the city.

Room doors slammed LOUD if not held, floor vinyl ripped up in room causing multiple people to kick it and create further damage, common area/kitchen hours could be Improved, can be annoying if checking in late or leaving early.

The location was excellent, but unfortunately the sheets were not clean. The staff behavior was very good.

Great central location with easy access to dining, the Grand Place and tourist attractions.

Constant flashing lightbulb in the bathroom and really disliked the automatic light, at times light would turn off while showering because it did not detect motion. Elevators closed if you check-out before 8am - be prepared to carry your luggage down flights of stairs. Kitchen also closed during our check-out and we lost the food we bought.

Fantastic location. Easy check - in. Easy to reach any destinations, lots of Metros just within 2-3 minutes walks. Flixbus stations are just 14 minutes of walking. Safe district.

The location was great. Coffee shops, restaurants and transit close by.

VERY small confined space. The room was also quite warm.

The bathroom tub door didn't open all they you had to get in the tub then close the door

Easy to locate, close to the north station and fairly close to the city centre.

Could be cleaner. The rooms are extremely tiny, you barely get any space to move around and leave your stuff. Heating system didn’t work at night and it was pretty cold. Showers and toilets were okay just wished the shower head wasn’t on top when showering, it made it hard to shower without getting my hair wet. Also, would be nice to have a bit more room to leave your things when showering. Maybe a board, another chair or more hangers. The linen and the sheets weren’t completely clean / had holes in them !
