Location, Location, Location

It is really noisy. Both from outside or from the room next door or the hallway.

The location is great!It's close to a couple of train stations, as well as the historic center.The staff was also very nice to us, we had no problem asking for an invoice.

The building and rooms seem quite old, with narrow spiral staircase to go up to the rooms.The bathroom wasn't great, although functional.

The facilities and room I booked were not like it was shown in the pictures. The room itself was dirty.

The reception staff were good and one in particular exceptional. Location was ok although smokers hung around the entry door.

E were original in Room 15. Shower was mouldy. Dirty cups and used soap and one shampoo bottle in the bathroom. Tiles were also missing in the bathroom. There were four steps up to the bathroom and this made access to one side of the bed difficult. Pressure in the shower and sink was very low. Strong sewerage smell in the bathroomThe curtain to the windows near the bed was dirty. There was only one chair in the double room. No other seating. No bag stand. The lighting was very poor in the bathroom and bedroom.Safety and security concerns. The internal security lock did not work on the door.Noisy from adjacent and above rooms and people pounding up and down the stairs.Pictures are not as per booking.com and when this was raised they said it was representative. It definitely was not!We requested a move the same evening we arrived to be advised they were fully booked and would see tomorrow. A different more helpful receptionist moved us and was apologetic and very helpful. He asked to be sent photos and said he would take our concerns up with management.We were moved to Room 3. It was definitely cleaner and better maintained however again did not resemble the booking.com photosUSB port by bedside did not work. The internal security lock did not work on the door. again no bag standThe sewerage smell in the room was still very strong. A Double Room should have two chairs, this one also did not.Bathroom door scraped on the floor. Difficult to open and close. Laundry tossed in passageway and unattended.Great concerns about cleanliness, security/safety and accommodation standards. Misrepresented on booking.com. Beware!

Location is very good, walking distance from all pubs, shops etc.Rooms are clean and neat.Good bathroom facilities.Rooms nice and warm.

The location was great, apart from the little alley the hotel is situated in which can be a bit sketchy at night time.

We booked a delux double room, there was absolutely nothing delux about it. The room walls were dirty, their curtain didn’t fully close, the flooring had holes in it and the window seal was broken so you could hear everything that was going on outside plus there was a draft. Worst thing of all was the bathroom, to say it was dirty was an under statement. There was mould all over the tiles, it was dirty and unclean, the drinking cup was filled with mould and it smelled really bad. The water barely came out of the taps or shower. The stairs up to the room there was a bad smell of sewage.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were lovely, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend it.

The alley leading to the hotel is dirty and full of strange people who urinate and even defecate right in the middle of the road. You would t think something like that would happen in Europe but it happened right in the hotel street. No elevator. Stairway has a particularly awful smell

The cleaning lady never did our room during our stay.The beds were not made, the bathroom was not cleaned and they left dirty towels in the bathroom.The floor was also dirty.Toilet paper was also not replaced.Very noisy nights during the weekend.The staff said they couldn't give us a discount.We paid 388 euros for 3 nights which isnt cheap at all

How close to the centre,

Rooms ain't the best and need updated, very very basic room. Bed one seat and one chair. One light bulb out of 3 , bathroom needed good clean. Very very basic but worked for me

Everything if I have to be honest, toilet don’t flush, shower full of rust , and shower plaster coming off , beds smell horrible, WiFi connection is the worse and the list goes on and on
