Location

It is not a 4 star hotel they do not have a/c and no curtains so the light pierces your eyes right when you wake up.

This is in a prime location, in central Brussels. The staff was very kind, professional and willing to help with anything you need.

Location was terrific!

Great location!!!! Doesn't get any better

Location is the best someone can find, in the centre of Brussels, by foot you can visit all attractions, bars and restaurants in the centre.Room was clean and space was good, the best was people in reception and especially Enzo, he was so helpful and friendly.We will come again and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Brussels!

Nothing!

Didn’t like that it was cold, didn’t have any amenities and that there were no car that drop you off in front of the hotel. You have to drag your luggage two blocks away to get picked up by uber. Not only that, you have to drag your luggage in the crowed shopping Galerie bumping in to the crowd. Not a good thing.

The hotel is a central location within a couple minutes walk to the Grand Palace, shops and restaurants and Central station. The rooms are spacious with a separate toilet/ shower room. Communication prior to arrival was good.

The continental breakfast is not worth €18 per person. The rooms are not sound proof so we could hear the neighbouring room playing music early in the morning. There is a clock/ alarm in the room which the previous occupants had set for early in the morning which woke us up.

The rooms and common spaces were very well designed, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were also very nice and quick to help with any queries we had regarding the room or booking restaurants nearby. The location was very central and unique.

The location is amazing

A bit expensive and hard to reach if you in a corner not easy to spot have luggage you will have to walk like 300m only with the bag as it is in a pedestrian area only no taxi drops you to the door

Room is very big and clean. Location is right in the city centre.

The water took a long while to heat up. It is not so easy to find the hotel.

The location is brilliant and loved its clean modern decor.

The wooden floorboards can be a little noisy but not enough to be an issue.

Nice boutique style hotel in the centre of Brussels close to the main railway station. Very stylish rooms and comfortable beds. Nice and functional bathrooms. Great breakfast served in the restaurant of the hotel.

The hotel is perfect located in Brussels, 10 steps from the Galleries, 1 step to a street with lots of restaurants, and close to á la Morte Subite (in my opinion the best beer café). Easy to go to from Central Station.Brekfast - no Bacon or omelette -But why ? all you need for a good start for the day is present, Coffee, tea, bread, egg, ham, yogurt, Salomon, grapes, juice, ... everything you actually need and want. Clean, Extra - we had our room close to the galleries - meaning when we open the window we were in the galleries. Awesome.

The breakfast was great. The "breakfast room" was very stylish and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and service minded. And the location ten points.

Location is fantastic. Great for sightseeing. Perfect!Staff are BRILLIANT- so friendly and helpful. Absolutely no request is a problem- the staff help with anything and everything with huge politeness and kindness. Staff are definitely the saving grace for this hotel. Thank you to all the team for your help- you are all superstars!

Really noisy air con and bathroom fan that cannot be controlled from inside the room. So sleep disturbed all night.Shower door that doesn’t shut properly so floor floods and creates slipping danger.Mould on shower wall.

The hotel location is perfect if you want to visit Brussels. 100m again from La grand place and in between 2 tube stations and plenty of restaurants so a very good place to start visiting Brussels. Last but not least: nested under the roof of one of my favorite place: Les galeries Saint Hubert

The bathroom (64) suffer from a conceptual defect resulting in have the bathroom flooded after a shower then unfortunately the services are not delivering what is excepted from such hotel. The cleaning service is not satisfying: bottle of water, milk, shampoo, and other stuff missing or not replaced we had to ask for ; fully autonomous reception was not working despite the fact that I followed all the required steps (check in before the stay etc…) as a result of this so called autonomous reception, the service at the reception is very poor for this hotel level even if fortunately for me some human ms were there to help with the check in…

Close to train station, easy access to town central

Could hear outside noise but maybe because of a festival people were out very late.
