Hotel Albergo

Nothing. Room was dirty, damaged, bare lightbulb, door not fitting, door handle not secure. Left rather than stay in hotel.

The hotel was not satisfactory: damaged walls, things smeared on walls, door not fitting, lock not fitting, hallway carpets stained, bare lightbulbs, the list goes on. Would not recommend to anyone to stay here.

The stuff was very nice and friendly.

The only thing that is worse than this hotel is a crack house or a jail cell. We had fresh food stain that were still wet on our bed. We paid $--- USD for it. Crazy experience. The stuff was great though.

I pay by credit card and they cancel it. I told them email the cancellation and confirmation, they did not email me!! I am not happy with staff

Immediate Location fine, despite what others said in this website. Close to Gare du Nord. Quiet outside as well.

Noisy at night at 2a.m and 5.30 a.m. noise done by probably long term residents in this hotel. Speak loudly and once even moved furniture at 2a.m. Also no chair and no small table either.

Friendly staff. Clean. Comfy bed. Good location and price.

Double bed is actually two singles put together. Shower temperature is a bit temperamental. Sink slow to drain.

The location is superb. Decent clean room for a night. Staff was friendly.

Builders started drilling literally into the wall probably from outside scaffolding. Did not take care of the privacy climbing roof in front of the room window.

All was in good shape and we got a first floor room as I'm handicapped. We had a hard time getting a taxi for the airport on a Sunday morning and the staff went to bat for us to make that happen. They were also very responsive to our emails.

We didn't have time for the breakfast and it was ok I guess but simple for the price. The taxi had a hard time finding the place even though it is located in a. prominent square in the City. Maybe it was just an inexperienced driver.

The hotel is in a walking distance from Brussels-Nord station (about 8 min) where you can take the train to the other Belgian cities.The room is clean and the staff are helpful

Bathroom was ok, but it had a bad smell

The property was near our event and was cheap.

Unfortunately , the hotel was not as clean as one would pretend, one of the beds had the sheets stained with an orange color, the wall was full of mould and behind the wardrobe we found a box with empty cat food….The Shower hose was kind of falling apart, there were no water pressure and for some kind of improvement you had to pull the hose up for pressure while showering.. When asking the management about this and about hot water, he began to get angry and talked to us in a disrespectful manner.The breakfast in the morning was disastrous,limited equipment to eat with and the food was limited and regarded as rations.

Good location. Decent if in need of central location but nothing fancy.

Very run down. They cancelled my booking as over booked. You get a run down hotel basically.

Not what I expected

The place was dirty, there was a smell like rotten wood in the room, and there were a lot of spiders in the room, the place looks like it needs some work, the walls have cracks on them

Good value for the money. Nice staff and very close to the north train station. I got a very big room.

Location is very convenient and very quiet area, perfect to have a good rest. Very affordable!

Could be bit more clean but it’s totally ok for the price that I’ve paid I’m very happy with that

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE FROM THE UNITED STATES (Overweight). Every room is up tiny stairs. not foot space.... There was so much hair from past guest in our room. It's not near anything except the nord train station. It's so dang close to a homeless camp. Yiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiikes. We yeeted ourselves out of there and didn't do the full stay.

It was a nice room. Very nice and helpful staff.. !!!!!

In the first night we had a problem with the temperature in the room...it was very cold,but we asked for help and the problem solved..Unstable wifi.

Locality was fine.

The room was cold, smelled like cigarettes and there was lot of mold in the bathroom. It was totally different from the rooms in the photos.

The staff were very friendly, 24 hours reception so it was secure, close to North station, this side of the city we didn´t like to much because it was many homeless people, and the around of the station dirty, but you have a police station close, and walking to the center was 15 minutes.

They need to clean better, there were many hair in the bathroom and also a few inside of the bed when you take the blanket.
