Harmon House - Hotel & Spa

The room was very clean but there was no stopper in the sink the first night and the TV did not work for two nights. Reception agents were very knowledgable, pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.

The sink did not function fully during my stay. First there was no stopper and then discovered that it was leaking over my toiletries which were placed under the basin on a shelf. All was soaked in water when I went to pack for my departure.

The hotel was beautiful, well located with a very friendly staff.

Guests should know that despite being advertised as having a gym - it was not operational. Further the hotel charges an additional 50¿ to use the pool. This was not advertised. Finally the room had heating control (was very hot) and plumbing problems.

The room was bigger than expected, the bed was comfy.

The plaster from the walls in the room was falling down on some walls. It was very cold in the room when I arrived. I travel a lot for work and the price of the room for one night without breakfast was very expensive for what the room and hotel offered.

Great room and spacious bathroom. Good location, with supermarkets and restaurants and near public transportation access. Had a room neighbour who was very loud but the staff took care of it. Only the elevator was broken one day and took almost the whole day to fix it (glad we didn’t need it to go upstairs with 3 suitcases).

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Lighting in the room was perfect. Bathrooms are very clean and modern!!

I expected the housekeeping to be better in a 4* hotel. The coffee cups weren't clean, water wasn't topped up, there were no coffee capsules the next day, mirror wasn't clean and the bathroom was a bit smelly due to no window. I didn't mind those things, but it didn't feel like staying in a 4* hotel. When asked for more coffee capsules, they were dropped to the room immediately.

The staff were very attentive, the bar was nice and spa simple but what you need, very relaxing.

Was aware that spa was an extra charge but it wasn’t clear that the gym was also extra. Both pool and gym are small and not worth the extra. Am n Brussels regularly but will not stay here again

Very modern hotel, lovely decor in the bar area, common spaces, bedrooms etc. The spa was small but absolutely lovely to relax away in the pool/sauna and loungers. Nice and quiet.

My stay at the Harmon House was fantastic! The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Shower cute boutique hotel very close to many awesome restaurants, cafes, shops and historic district. All walking distance. Super friendly staff. Lovely cozy accommodations and sitting / gathering areas. Highly recommend.

the room was beautiful, staff so attentive and helpful, location was ideal for sightseeing and shopping, especially with a tram stop nearby. The spa is definitely worth it aswell !

Always a pleasure to stay there. The staff are always so helpful. I must give a special thanks to omaima, she is absolutely wonderful, always kind and approachable, and is always helpful. I hope Harmon house give her a special treat as her character is one of the main reasons I come back to this hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and is in a great location. I look forward to rebooking in the future.
