Great value for money, and very nicely located -- quiet and safe, but close to where I needed to be.

The location is great and staff is very friendly! It is a 2 star hotel but they change your bedsheets and towels daily! Breakfast is good for the price too!

The room was too small. It should have been a single room with a single bed.

The room was clean and was ready early as I arrived earlier than the check in time. The receptionist Javaid was very helpful and even held my luggage until I could check in. Very professional and helpful. The hotel is also very close to shops but all are closed on Sundays.

The second receptionist was a woman with curly hair and was quite rude towards me. When I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon she asked which room I was, as if I entered the hotel without being a guest there. In the morning, the lift got stuck as I was going down and I pressed the alert button. Luckily, the elevator started working again and when I exited the lift, I found the receptionist there with a screwdriver. She accused me that I made the lift stop, because I was probably blocking the door, which was not the case. I said that the lift gave an error of H45 but worked. Her reply was that these things happen and she did not excuse herself for the accusation or that I was stuck in the lift for a while. Very cold and rude receptionist.

Friendly staff. Central location, but quiet street. Clean. Chair and table in room. Comfy bed. Good shower. Good value breakfast.

The cleanliness

Even though the hotel is close to the city center and european parliament, the street smells like urine.

Really recommend it! Small but cozy and tidy. The location is perfect no matter for walking around in the center or to the public transportation. Most friendly receptionist, very helpful. Also highly recommend the breakfast! You can have relatively great experience here with good price.

The shower has a small problem.

The Sun Hotel is particularly suitable if you are only staying overnight and going out for the rest of the day. It is a small hotel with small but comfortable and very clean rooms and friendly and professional staff. Very good value for money.

Good Breakfast that we couldn’t even finish it, the priced is only 5€ pr person very rare at this time. location and value of money. Also the bed linens were clean and staff tidy our beds everyday , fresh towels supplied everyday. Thank you so much Sun Hotel most especially to all staff who were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs.

The floor inside the room needs tender loving care but this is nothing, apart from this over all rating is very good.

Nice cosy hotel, though somewhat isolated in an alley, it is close to the central ring and a metro lines. Excellent base for sightseeing the centre. Small rooms and narrow corridors indicate that one is not there to spent much time in. The breakfast option is just fine.

It is a great place for a really good price in the city centre. The personnel is extremely helpful and nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is a plus. location is very lively.

The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The location just off a shopping street was very convenient for places to eat and picking up essentials in the nearby convenience stores. Also only a couple of minutes from the metro.

The breakfast was nice and very good value but offering more variety like fruit/yoghurt would have been nice and I would have been happy to have paid more for this.

Small and cosy, got everything I needed. The staff were really nice and helped me when I had an unexpected toothache.

Very nice and clean hotel in calm and safe neighborhood. The breakfast was perfect for it's cost. I had a problem with hot water in my room and they fixed it very fast. The room was small but enough for 1 person. They have a lift.

Considering the hustle and bustle of Brussels, if you are traveling alone and don’t plan to stay for a long time, it is a great place. The price is very reasonable, and the staff is extremely kind.

It had all the essentials

There was a bit too much noise from the other guests. I heard a crying baby which was a bit distracting.
