Overlooking main square. Fantastic location and view.

No air conditioning. The square is the meeting place for the youth of Brussels until 4 in the morning. On a hot night, like the two we stayed, you have to leave the window open. The noise is horrendous. Quiet again at about 4 then starts up at 6 again

Fantastic central location. Clean and comfortable stay. The room had a bath and the mixer tap shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.Breakfast is served in a cafe/bar across the square which was decent.Our room had a kettle which was great addition for us. The staff were friendly and helpful.Perfect location to access the museum’s/art gallery’s and shopping district.

The room was clean and comfortable but a little bit tired in presentation. This didnt affect our stay but due to the location wasn’t quite as posh as it could be.

Perfect location for sightseeing

Our taxi couldn’t reach the building because it was in the pedestrian zone. We were not aware of that.

The location is excellent, you can’t find better. The view over the Grand Place is amazing. Breakfast is in a restaurant across the square, this too is excellent. The staff in both localities are very charming and attentive- there are many problems with this guest house, but we forgave the things we really didn’t like because of both of these attributes.

This is a very, very basic guest house. There is a huge amount of building work going on both inside and outside of the property making it impossible to ignore- drilling and hammering starts at 7am and doesn’t cease- this is not disclosed prior to booking. On arrival the elevator wasn’t working and I had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of steep, dark stairs- which were littered with construction equipment. The toilet frequently blocked. Given the price point of this property I had expected a lot more.

Staff (Siad/Said) was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect. The room was clean and very comfortable. The view-simply spectacular!

The location of hotel is like a stepping into a fairytale. Lauir at front desk was helpful, accomodating & kind. He was responsive to inquiry about train transport. Helped me with sorting out details of self guided tour of the city. He suggested I go to breakfast in the morning which was included and amazing. I would highly recommend this small charming hotel for anyone wanting to stay somewhere absolutely stunning in the heart of Brussels with service that's of the highest standards I've ever experienced.

The location is genuinely unbeatable. There was a cancellation and we got upgraded to a city facing view. It was the best hotel location ever.

It is a very small and boutique hotel. We communicated with the receptionist/owner on WhatsApp. It was not a problem for us, but if you are only used to staying at big hotels it may be a bit different.

The location ia great, however, it's difficult to fight your way through all the tourists to get there

I was given a room that had a construction aite outside it, I wasn't able to open the curtains and I had to listen to drilling... The room is very small and ill euqipped compared to the price. The building is very old and there is only one very slow elevator.

Exceptional location on Grand Place (worth asking for a room with a view). Traditional charm. The breakfast at a traditional restaurant across the square was good. The staff were very helpful and provided good information. The room was a good size. The price was good.

The decoration in the room was quite old but functional. The bathroom was quite old. The facilities at the hotel are basic but worth it for the excellent location

Booked this hotel due to its very central location, the room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. However the real gem was that it was facing the grand place with an amazing of the christmas light show.

The location was amazing, the room was a good size room and staff were friendly and accommodating to allow us to have our room from the morning at no extra cost.

Bathroom was a little old but it was clean and still served its purpose.

The location of this hotel is probably the best one in whole Brussels and value for money is pretty good. Our host was really nice and responsive. Breakfast at La Brouette on the other side of Grand Place was great and atmosphere is so cozy. Would recommend.

Internet connection was a little bit slower than expected but unless you're planning to work on your vacation that shouldn't raise any concerns.

Noisy construction.

The location was superb overlooking La Grand Place. Its just a 5 minute walk from Brussels Central rail station. Loads of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. SAYED, the manager could not have been more friendly and helpful. A perfect place from which to explore central Brussels

Everything was fine

The view from our room was incredible looking straight on to the Grand Place! Each morning was amazing to open the curtains, and the windows to listen to the bustle of the people in the square taking in the breath taking buildings! The reception staff (gentleman)was so pleasant, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble! He even sourced us a travel adapter when we brought along the wrong one! Central location, perfect for sightseeing and getting around Brussels! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room although basic was done to a high standard!

What an amazing place to stay with such an outstanding view and so close to all other ammendaties. The management where friendly and so accomodating and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a great nights sleep. So glad that we chose to stay here overall a fabulous stay
