I did not like anything be am I worked out the same day I got in. So dirty hotel

The hotel is so dirty for a 4star that is on their website. As soon as they gave me the room I say to myself that I can?t sleep here. Every thing inside the room was old and they was a bad smell. I didn?t sleep there

The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Location was good for my needs.

The internet didn't work well, and the staff was not interested in helping (saying it must be all my devices not working) or move me to a room with better connection. The room is comfortable enough, but low quality furnishings and knock off products.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The conditions were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very good for the quality offered. The location is great, within walking distance of the city center and close to public transportation, which makes getting around very easy. I would definitely recommend it.

The room was a good size, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great shower. Easy walk from the train station, and to the sights in the centre. Staff were great.

I was concerned about the structure across the street: I thought it was going to be noisy into the night. Not so! It wasn’t the bar scene I had imagined, it turns out to be business locations. The neighbourhood is not charming.

Room is very spacious. Bed is comfortable.

Bathtub draining is very slow.

The location is exceptional, less than 10 minutes from the central square.The breakfast is plentiful and varied.

Well designed rooms with good size and close to Grand palace.. around 10 minute walk

We had a very comfortable room with lots of space. Breakfast was decent and sufficient. Close proximity to the Gran Place and the train station.

Hotel is very nice and located close to Gare du Midi which makes it perfect for those ones arriving by plane to CR and then taking the shuttle bus. Neighborhood isn't the nicest one, but very convenient. It is on a walking distance to Grand place and all major attractions in Brussels.

Dirty sheets, no heating, I paid for a room with a balcony and didn't get it.

The location was perfect. It was midway between the train station and Grand Place, so it was easily walkable.

Room was large and very well appointed. Nice bathroom. A short walk from the historic center.

Room was a bit hot on top floor and fan was not great at cooling it.

Great staff real nice and helpful. Room was modern and tile floor rug around the bed love that most!!! I hate wall to wall carpet!!! Location was great. Breakfast was good too . I really would definitely stay here again.

The area was under construction but that should be over soon sounds picky The bar was good for beer and wine but cocktails really weren't happen. But I loved the value and the decor.

We like only the hotel's location, which is close enough to the center of the City.

The hotel is old, and all the facilities are not very clean. Especially, brownish stains were seen in the toilet ball.

The location of the hotel was perfect! About a 10-15 minutes walk to the historic city centre. We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and clean.
