Shower was closest to an American shower- room and water pressure

The layout is bizarre. Not easy to use public transportation to get to city center nor was the staff helpful with obtaining a taxi or explaining. Harassing us every morning about wanting to buy a coffee as if we were going to take other items.

at the Front Desk is an excellent representative of the hotel! On multiple occasions, he went out of his way to provide Assistance to me, as well as detailed phone directions that were desperately needed. An A+1 establishment. Highly recommend!

I wish it was closed to Midi-Eurostar Station.

Cleanliness, cute furnishings, bathroom amenities and overall amenities (minibar, fridge). Staff was helpful and friendly. Just a few minutes walk from Stephanie tram stop and a couple of city blocks from Louise metro.

Lack of microwaves in rooms, showerhead water pressure was slightly off. Breakfast is pricey at 22 euros.

The staff were great. The location was very good and away from the main street and noise. The price I paid was great, but if I had to pay more, I would have been upset.

This is a NOT a 4 star hotel. Everything has to be remodeled and refurbished before it becomes a 4 star hotel. Hallways very dirty and the room needs alot of work!! No coffee/tea machines. Bathroom needs work!!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful location, the room was spacious with huge very comfortable bed, lovely marble bathroom all spotlessly clean. Less than 10 min walk to tube and tram stop 2 mins away. WiFi, TV and nespresso machine all good too. Would def return to this hotel again!

Good location, public transport to the centre close by. Lobby area attractive. Staff friendly and attentive.

For the price the room was shabby and could do with either an upgrade. Room had coffee machine but only given 2 pods, no choice of drink, tea etc. had to ask if you wanted more.

It’s was clean and very convenient location to commit to the city centre

The room looked very outdated, tv was small, bathroom required renovation. We got paper cups instead of the normal one, small coffee machine and few coffee capsules, that’s it.

The place is a bit labirynthian with rooms hard to find. Bathroom was a bit claustrophobic.

The room was nice and clean. There was no noise. The breakfast was also adequate for the price and the location was perfect for us. Overall the hotel was very good value for the money.

The elevator was really tight but I do not think this is a big issue.

We stayed in this hotel a couple of times already, this time we got a smaller room but it was very comfortable and clean, and overall we had an excellent experience. Would recommend!

Spacious room in a hotel located in between a fancy shopping street at one end and at the other end a local neighbourhood. Hotel has a parking garage at a reasonable fee for a big city.

In particular compared to the ample space of the room, the bathroom, although everything's there, was really tiny. Next to this, and this is personal, we don't like soft matrasses and a room where the windows cannot be opened (in particular when there's no airconditioning). The furniture looked a bit worn. Overall, in our opinion, not 4 stars
