Cute modern rooms with the brick wall... Very cool; very clean and great location... Excellent customer service.

The offered breakfast was a bit overpriced, and it was difficult finding a nice place to get breakfast that was open... But that's not their fault

Good location, right next to the Central train station.

Terrible Wi-Fi, super slow download speed. The towels were bad quality and the sheets were not crispy white clean, but rather grayish from old wear. The rug was stained.

Location is good, close to the center and central station (which is pro and con at the same time). Tea/coffee in the lobby. Clean place

Awful smell of sewage in the bathroom, which oozes to the room. Strange heating/cooling system - it is rather hot in the lobby and corridors, but the room was cold and I doubt a/c was working in heating mode at all. Towels are already old and yellowish instead of white. No complimentary water for the price and laundry bag costs 15€ if you plan to keep it. Breakfast was scarce, furthermore dining area has long joint tables which stand close to each other which you share with other guests. That’s awkward. The location is good, but the street outside was loud and windows are not insulated. There are a lot of ambulances passing by the building very often (including in the night), cars honking, people shouting. Also mind that’s central station area is not quite pleasant to sea with homeless people, criminal elements lurking around (which is not the fault of the hotel of course, but as a woman on a single trip I recommend to be on alert). Overall 150€ per night is quite a lot for what you get in my opinion

Very helpful staff

Heating was not set so room was initially cold. Half empty bottle of water in room. No black tea or milk pods.

The room was very cozy and charming. It had a beautiful balcony, a very nice shower, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommdating. Would stay again!

There's a lot of choices for breakfast. My room is spacious enough and the location of the hotel is perfect. It is very near the Central Train Station, St Michael's Cathedral and the Grand Place.The receptionists are great. They are very helpful and accommodating.

There is nothing that disappointed me.

I like the style of the hotel very much which combines an "industrial" setting (brick walls, concrete pillars and ceilings) with carefully selected furniture. It was my second stay, I got an update to a "club room" on the 7th floor which was really nice, specious with a balcony (not too useful in mid-January, but certainly nice at other times of the year). Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom.The location near the Central Station is very convenient.

Despite road construction, the staff was able to give us easy-to-follow directions to meet up with our tour guide and to find restaurants.

Disappointing

Upon check in the lady told us breakfast was included in our stay. At check out we were charged for breakfast, which we would not have attended if we were not told it was included. The manager was incredibly rude and aggressive and would not let us speak or hear us out and told us we were lying as the lady behind the desk would not admit what she had said. Everyone makes mistakes but she should have owed up to hers so we were not made to pay hundreds of dollars. The hostility and rudeness was incredibly unpleasant and I would not recommend staying here.

Amazing central hotel with friendly staff and a nice little lounge area with free tea, coffee and croissants. The only downside is the breakfast is just okay.

Great location near to the centre of Brussels, just a few minutes walk. Room was clean and comfortable. Great continental breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately either booking.com or the hotel (not sure which) took out a hold on my card for the 3 rooms we reserved, which was almost as much as the amount we paid for the rooms. I had been told on the email confirmation that the property might take a deposit, so I was expecting that, but not over £500! It will be refunded but make sure you have extra money for your trip!
