The location is exceptional

Better signage to route u to the front desk. When u come in the door, u see the cafe and not the hotel

Location and front desk was very helpful, spoke English to us, explained all questions we had.

We did not find anything for the benefit of the customers, as we had a problem with the reservation and with time in advance it was not possible to change it.

My booking was wrong on the dates chosen and we tried to change the dates a month in advance and the hotel would not allow it. This caused us to only lose our money as the reservation could never be occupied... we suggest making arrangements that are more

Location is one block from the historic area. Well maintained but basic. Excellent food area and interesting choices. Neighborhood seemed safe. Helpful front desk.

Central location to city. Very clean and comfortable room and bed.

Noisy in the morning with deliveries from 6am to hotel. Bin collections, recycling being wheeled past our room.

Clean, quiet room, nice breakfast, superb location!

I really liked the view from the window, as I had requested via email that I would very much like to stay in a room overlooking the square, and my request was granted. I was very happy!

The only thing I didn't like was that there weren't any proper pillows to sleep on. They only had cushions that weren't comfortable, and I ended up with neck pain.

Nothing to complain about except that the phone in our room wasn't working.

Very comfortable, recently refurbished, in amazing position, with cozy cafeteria at the ground floor where you can have breakfast, lunch and working meetings.

Nice hotel with good rooms

The noise from outside meant we didn't sleep at all. Perhaps a little dark in the room.

The location is perfect, right next to the central station and the main market square. The interior design in the lobby was nice so it was great to come back to the hotel every evening. The breakfast is not buffet, and even though the all the breakfast options were tasty, we would have appreciated a bit more choice.

Everything was perfect! Much better than expected! The location is amazing! The room was great! The staff are all friendly and polite.

The breakfast is not worth it, it's not a buffet and the choice is very limiting. Just get some local pastry 2 mins away from the hotel or even order what you do like from the cafe located on the ground floor instead of booking the room with the breakfast included. There is no minibar in the room.

It was conveniently located to many of the city’s main attractions.

A few hours after checking in the hallway filled with fumes and construction noise woke me. The hotel had a large painting project in the works and failed to tell me about it upon check in.

Great location. Staff very friendly and gave great recommendations to nearby restaurants.

Lobby under construction and smelled like paint throughout. Noisy area.

The aircon in the room wasn't working on my first night there, and there was a heatwave. It was 82 inside. They could not provide me with a different room until the next day because the hotel was fully booked. They were apologetic and did offer a table fan.

The location is perfect, a couple of minutes from Train station, beside the Grand Place so very central to all areas. Breakfast is very nice, there is a starter and main freshly cooked. Staff are very friendly 10/10 hotel
