    Pros +

    • the Location is excellent and public transportation very near.
    • Location wasn't too bad. Not too far from the historic sites. Across the street from a hostel so there was a lot of noise late. Breakfast was good but we didn't know we had to pay extra.
    • Booked for 2 nights, only stayed 1 night as arrived late, bad choice as traveling with family, no air conditioning perhaps Brussels was not prepared for being that hot, overall bad experience for me, not a bad choice if alone. Good front desk staff.

    Cons -

    • Very dirty I had a late check out and asked for a late check out. but, was woken up at 8h30 by construction work. Loud banging... This building is not suited for an hotel, looks very cheap
    • Definitely not a 3 star hotel.
    • Lift was horrible and no air conditioning. Small rooms.

The staff was extremely helpful! We had so many problems getting there by train, then bus, they were a warm welcome!

Amazing location, very central. The bed was quite comfortable and the room quiet. The staff was nice, they agreed to immediately change rooms when I complained and they asked allowed me to check in a bit earlier. The building is small and easy to access.

I had to ask to change room as I found hair in the bathroom. Then was moved to a second room which was quite cold. I put the heating on, but when they cleaned they turned it off. The bathroom had loads of signs of rust. I personally feel this was not a 3 star hotel but rather two stars for what I paid. Also, there was no charging point close to the bed.

Not new but very clean and friendly, great staff. Very quiet, much appreciated given the convenient location

Lack of kettle in room so no coffee/tea...

The staff was friendly, room was small but cost, clean and comfortable. The common places are super relaxing

Staff great. Room clean and warm.

The air outside the window was bad in the middle of the night in the room I was in that had a courtyard window opening. This was not the fault of the hotel though but rather some building works nearby and they moved me quickly to another room.

The staff's attitude was excellent (special thanks to our receptionists Clemence and Jean-Jacques, they were wonderful). I hope I spelled their names correctly :) If they're reading this, we'd be pleased if they approved :)cleanlinesslocationThe breakfast is excellent. The croissants, in particular, are unique; you won't find them anywhere else.and treats served in the lobby.

There isn't a single topic we dislike.

Fantastic hotel that fully met our expectations. Excellent location, allowing you to reach the city center in just a few minutes. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, truly one of the hotel’s strongest points. The staff was always available and happy to help with any questions or needs.

The only areas for improvement are the bathroom size, which is a bit small but still well maintained and equipped with all essential amenities, and the location of the power outlets, which are not conveniently placed near the bed.Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. The mentioned points for improvement are minor “extras” that one can easily do without.

The location is very nice Quiet placeStaff very friendly and helpful

I didn't like the pillow, they should have 2 options, like big and small size.
