    Pros +

    • Great location, very clean.

    • An overpriced and highly flawed accommodation. Definitely not worth the money charged.

    Cons -

    • Avoid this place!I deeply regret staying here. My room faced the main street, and every morning I was woken up at the crack of dawn by the noise of trucks loading and unloading outside, as well as the noise from the restaurant below. It was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in.Additionally, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, and during yesterday’s extreme heat, I was incredibly uncomfortable. The room was also extremely small for the price paid. The floors were very dirty, and as I was traveling with my cat, I found this particularly unpleasant.Reception and room service were completely inattentive and unhelpful in every regard. Since my room was located directly above a Chinese restaurant, there was a constant smell of grease and food from the moment I arrived. When I expressed how uncomfortable this made me and requested to change rooms, I was told it was not possible. The breakfast was also disappointing.Overall, they charge hundreds of euros for a stay that is worth no more than 60–70 EUR per night. The quality is poor, and the service is unacceptable.

location was good. just outside of st catherine's station, around 15 minutes walk to the Grand Place and lots of food options. receptionist was friendly and easy to communicate with. room was clean, came with a functional kitchenette.

    not to think of.

The location is excellent, very central. The breakfast is very good. I appreciated the availability of coffee and tea all day long, and also the lounge area where it is possible to sit and read.

It was surprising that the room was not cleaned at all during our three-day stay. This was not mentioned to us when we checked in.

Brilliant location, within easy walking distance to most attractions and right beside a metro station. The staff were all lovely and spoke a number of languages between them. We didn't have breakfast in the restaurant but there is free coffee and water available downstairs all day and with the kitchenette in the apartment, we were able to make breakfast ourselves each morning. The accommodations consisted of a bedroom with a king sized bed and the living room with a large sofa that folds out into two separate single beds. It was ideal for our party of 4!

The hotel is in a convenient location. The rooms are clean, not very spacious, but they are well equipped with a small kitchen. Breakfast is good, with a broad selection of ingredients and beverages—tea and coffee available free all day.

The bed mattress was too hard for me. The room could have been bigger for two people.

Amazing staff at reception, very helpful with any request. Nice lobby area with coffee machine.

Overall the hotel could be cleaner and some renovation works needed. In our room the trash bin was completely full from previous guests and apparently the cleaning done after the guests is not done properly.

    Excellent location

When using the sofa bed, the fridge in the kitchen is noisyThe sofa bed was not very comfortable

It was clean, huge rooms, staffs are friendly and helpful.

    8barendPosted on: 10-22-2025

Given the location - which is excellent, a great place to stay.

The towels and the room are not cleaned every day but if you are only stauning a 1-3 days that is totally fine

    8DianaPosted on: 10-14-2025

Very clean and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Perfectly located near the city’s historical center

There was no balcony, as our room faced the inner courtyard...

My 5th floor room looked over a lovely and very expansive square with large decorative pools of water and multiple restaurants and bars. Having a kitchenette with a small dishwasher was very handy for self catering with several supermarkets a short walk away.

There was a lot of street and party noise at night if the windows were open but not unexpected given its location.

    6RUBENPosted on: 9-14-2025

Good location, close to metro station.

The bathrooms were not very clean. Bad smell and hairs visible and stains in the floor clearly not been properly cleaned

    10ChrisPosted on: 9-12-2025

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, and a good price for the location.

    8AlexanderPosted on: 8-28-2025

The room with a kitchenette was very good, we could cook a simple meal, like porridge or pasta. The location is fantastic, the main sights are within a walkable distance, such as Grand Place.Hotel's underground parking was awesome, worth 20€/day.

The street was a bit too loud, the windows are not sound proof.

    - Great location – 5–10 minutes walk to the city center- Very friendly staff – quickly helped with all questions (parking, crib, etc.)- Nice, clean, and fairly spacious room – had everything we needed- Kids slept in a separate room- Tasty breakfast- Parking available- Courtyard where you can sit and relax- Unlimited coffee downstairs

    – We ordered the crib in advance, but had to remind the staff on site about it– Small toilet– A bit pricey, but probably normal for central Brussels

Location is great, in the centre, everything is nearby. Room is big and spacious, good bed, kitchen facilities available in the room. Iron facilities, hair dryer are in the room. Very good refrigerator and dish washer machine.

No air conditioner - during the summer hot days is makes your stay uncomfortable. Small ventilator was available, but it is not helping in fact. We needed to stay with window open all the time and during the evening hours it is very noisy outside till am hours next day. If you want to sleep, it is better to take ear plugs with you. No coffee machine in the room.

    Central location

Extremely noisy until very late at night. No AC, therefore very hot and humid.

    7AsaPosted on: 8-16-2025

Great location and pleasant lobby and breakfast area.

Quite run down rooms, not up to standard expected for price of hotel. Could do with some renovation.
