Location and Room size

Staff was only there 8-5 M-F and not particularly welcoming. Only have one towel and hand towel per person and was told we dousing have more. Then charged taxes when it was supposed to be included in the prepaid reservation.

My stay at B-Aparthotel Ambiorix was excellent. The building is easy to access, and the location is one of the best in B

Superbly located, spacious, well furnished, clean and fine in nearly all respects, except Air Conditioning was sorely missed in the increasing heat of the Belgian summer. Even if there are not so many days when needed, given the existence of central HVAC, It would be a simple matter and not particularly expensive to add a central AC unit or Heat pump. Thankful to not have been on an upper floor.

I did not like anything about my stay

The room was disgusting, not clean, hair on the toilet when I arrived, old paper wall not clean and dusty, marks of mold in the bathroom area and in corners.The AC was also very old and not working at all, leaving the room at 30 degrees when it was 26 outside. The very small TV had the French channels with double sound so impossible to watch.Noone in the reception most of the time and nobody to help outside of office hours.No curtains or proper blinds, just rolls that dont protect from the light entering the room.Cherry on the cake, a door to a dodgy terrasse that if you dont pay attention and close it while being outside, you get locked out without any possibility to get back in. And dont count on the non-existent reception then.Really, these are facts and I had the most terrible stay in 10 years, incredible that such a building remains open. Sanitary authorities should really look at these elements as it is dangerous for customers.

duvet and its cover are difference sizes - we got a room with a pull out sofa bed which came with a very small rectangle size cover with a much bigger square duvet inside. First I could not tell what was wrong but just feel uncomfortable. So i took the inside out and they are in very wrong size. I managed to fold the duvet to match the cover but it was small. Luckily it was not cold so it is ok. This place has a good bone but many little things can be improved, without spending too much money, like the duvet cover. Also the shower head does not stay up on the holder. Trash can in the bathroom very dirty and abused. oh, I forgot to mention, the duvet, when I pull it out of the cover, has several stains and shows very worn.

Good breakfast, nice room and bathroom, and great location with easy accessibility to the European Quarter

The check-in experience. They don't have staff so the key has to be collected with a code that I never received. Despite filling multiple forms and cumbersome online check-in

Room were good and clean. Location was very good, mutiple bus stops, super markets aroun 100m of the property. Check in and check out were touchless and smooth.

We stayed there for 4 nights. There was not option for change the beding and not enough toiletries, tissues, garbage bags. Sofa bed is not very comfortable but managebale.

Spacious, great location for business trips

Balcony is shared with other flats, which creeped us out a little bit. Carpet needs to be cleaned, too much dust.

People should avoid this its horrible place to stay , i have booked for 5 nights staff only came once after that 4 days they didn't turned up all the waste was smelling badly and room condition was pathetic as if they never opened the room for long time , i have photos to proof the same and no towel was changed its horrible don't ever stay at such hotels.

Top! Rooms were very nice and convenient. The location is close to the metro, making it easy to access every part of Brussels. Thanks to its location, taxi service wasn't costly if you travel to airport or train stations (Brussel North or Central station) The Parliament and the Commission are just a few minutes away on foot – ideal if you're on a business trip for that purpose. Check-in and check-out were smooth. I left completely satisfied with my stay.

One of the rooms were a bit dark – the lightings seemed poorly positioned, but it’s nothing to complain about. Just a friendly recommendation to the owner to consider improving it.

Location was excellent! The apartment was spacious and it was convenient to store the luggage after the checkout.

Apartment was located on the first floor and windows had no day curtains which meant no privacy when night curtains opened. Therefore no daylight if you don't want to be exposed as on the stage.It was not possible to connect wifi.

very old and not renovated. everything is super old and stained, carpet , walls, etc. even read some google reviews of people getting bed bugs. now i am afraid maybe i also got them in my luggage.price is very high compared to what you getwill not stay there again

Room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with all one needs for a stay including an equipped kitchen and a work area. Bathroom is spacious and had all that one would expect. Bed was very comfortable. There was a safe and a large wardrobe with hangers in the room

There was not enough lighting in the room. Although there was an ironing board there wasn't an iron in the room.

The apartment was clean and the kitchen were equipped with all needed for cooking and staying there comfortably. Very close to bus station to go to city center. The neighborhood very quiet and clean and family friendly.

It was mentioned that the view was toward the square (which is nice, as there is a park and open area), but the apartment was actually on the corner and did not have a square view.

The very easy self-check in, the location, the apartment itself, that there is a kitchen and how spacious the apartment is.
