The location

Bathroom very small, very difficult to move. The hotel needs a renovation.

Check in time is too late, and staff are not very helpful to say when a room will be ready, also dod not like staff phoning the room to ask are we ready to leave or will we staying an extra night.

We had a room in the second floor and the noises outside all night was too much, we couldn't sleep. Also the beds are not comfortable. There is no complementary bottle of water in the room.

The spacium of room

The location is GREAT, 5 minutes walk from the Grand Place. The staff were super friendly. Bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay there again, but it wasn't the best hotel of our holidays in Belgium.

I only realized at the end of the stay that we were supposed to have a bedroom with balcony and inner courtyard view and did not stay in one of those, but it didn't affect our stay that much.Breakfast was not the best, the eggs were cold on the 2 days we ate there. When showering, the bathroom can get really wet.

No hot water for showers, toilet would flush when other rooms used theirs with not pleasant smell

There was no hot water during our entire stay and the power kept cycling off and on.

Reception staff pleasant and helpful and the location was very convenient for the Christmas Market

Great location for anyone visiting Brussels as a tourist. Very close to the Metro line and walking distance to all the tourist attractions.

Rooms are small. Mattresses could definitely do with being changed.

By far the strongest asset of this hotel is its location, surrounded by numerous restaurants and landmarks, and only about a 10-minute walk from the main square. The entire street and the neighborhood were beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a warm, feel-good atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, with an excellent heating, although it did have a few shortcomings

Unfortunately, my room was located in the loft, with only a single skylight. Although it was oriented toward the city and the street, the view was limited to nothing more than a cloudy sky. As mentioned earlier, the entire city was beautifully decorated and in a festive mood, yet I was unable to enjoy any of it, despite the room being very expensive.Additionally, while most of the room featured new furniture, there were clear signs of cost-cutting, such as a TV and hairdryer that were at least 15 years old, as well as a broken showerhead. Given the price, replacing the TV with a newer and larger Smart TV should not be an issue, so guests at least have something to watch when the only view from the window is the sky.

Love everything about this hotel! Spacious and clean room, love the body wash and shampoo and heater works very well! Got storage room for our luggage. Staff are friendly

Shower stopped if you took to long a shower and then pulsed, floor flooded if you turn shower on high

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, as I stayed only two nights.

The location is perfect, lovely and stylish hotel…. Exceptionally clean and the staff were fab! Rooms lovely and a good size.Highly recommended!
