    Pros +

    • The pool, the gym and the exercise classes
    • Great accommodating staff, literally around the corner from Brussels-Luxembourg train station. For leisure travel somewhat of a walk to Grand palace and tourist sites but not that far. Very nice staff and hotel.
    • The location is awesome. Very close to the train station. Staff was helpful and friendly. No complaints.

    Cons -

    • Customer service was not great. Arrived early & was told my room was not available. My friend who checked in at the same time was given a room immediately. Within 5 minutes, I asked again if early check in was available and were assigned a room.
    • Standard getting old
    • The bed was very firm - perhaps a little too firm. Breakfast was decent but nothing special.

Very quiet surrounding , good facilities, clean room with good beds and clothes. Lots of cafeterias nearby, city centre on walking distance but bus also nearby. Train station around the corner.

    Nothing really to complain about

THe rom was great so were the staff and the breakfast

Sauna and pool were closed and so was the restaurant for one night. I didn't enjoy the neighbourhood that much.

Water filling facilities and great staff

    Expensive over priced breakfast

25-30 minute walk to Grand Place. Easy to find. Kind staff at pool, restaurant, and who helped us get our luggage upon departure.

The staff at the front desk were not that kind/helpful/ informative upon check-in or check-out. I would have liked to been welcomed and not just be given a blank stare, and then have to initiate the welcome myself.

Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and scrupulously clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed dinner in The Poet restaurant. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, with a huge choice. We'll definitely stay here again.

Room was modern, clean and nice.

The room was not serviced properly. We were there for 4 nights and for a 4 star hotel we expected more regular servicing.

Excellent beer. Particularly helpful staff. Disappointed there was no safe in the room.

    Terrible experience!!

Unprofessional reception staff, multiple unauthorised charges made to my debit card. Poor communication. Housekeeping not provided on the first day of my stay and had to ask for my room to be cleaned on next day.

I had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Hotel. The room (junior suite) was very clean, very comfortable and well-maintained. The location is very close to the city center and ideal for exploring Brussels. The breakfast also very nice with a variety of cold and hot choices. Also the staff were very professional and special thanks to Konstantinos and Klea at the reception. They were exceptionally helpful, professional and welcoming throughout our stay. Their great service truly made a difference and elevated the whole experience.Highly recommended!

    Everything was great!!!

    The beds was comfy

We booked this particular hotel due to having a swimming pool and a sauna how ever, sauna was broke and you couldn’t even get into the indoor pool it was so cold! Should warn the guest previously as I could of saved a lot of money if I known the spa facilities was un usable

Nice pool, good breakfast and very nice rooms. Safe neighbourhood, friendly staff. The club lounge was a nice extra!

Pool hours for kids are limited. The sofabed was extremely uncomfortable. Elevators are slow and small.
