Very well located and really clean. Very friendly staff, 3 key cards, nice pool.

No soap in the separate restroom. They could decrease the heating in the gym.

In addition, the hotel rooms were quite old, and the air conditioning system was not functioning properly. As a result, the rooms were very cold, which negatively affected the comfort of my stay.

Big space for a 1bed. Equipped to a good standard .

There was a slight musty smell .

Having my own kitchenette (I have food allergies issues).Being on the same floor as the laundrette :-).Secured building.Room was at the back so was quiet.Convenient with local public transport.

Swimming pool could be opened longer hours. Did not get a chance to go.I asked several times to get a pair of scissors but was declined.

Old furniture out of date not a 4 star place , cold rooms heating is not working properly vey cold rooms specially room at the last floor 6 freezing.

Whilst having breakfast the chair my husband wa a sitting on just collapsed under him and he fell and banged his head on the wall and hurt his back No one came to check or help us We informed the manager of the hotel and were given no support The chair lay broken for the whole of our stay against the wallWe are both doctors and managed to look after ourselves but an elderly person my have broken a home Very poor support

It was better than I was expecting, the apartment was in good conditions, clean, the bed was comfy and also the sheets

staff very arrogant and not helpful specially at reception

no heating system, the water flow is very bad, lightning is horrible

Lovely spacious room with decent kitchen facilities in the apartment. Nice to be able to use the main hotel facilities - gym, spa etc. Really appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available.

The only issue we had was that, although there were two large flatscreen tvs in the room, neither had smart options (I.e. Netflix/any other streaming service) available, and the only English TV channels available were BBC 1-4. All the other channels were in French/german - totally fair, us being foreigners in Brussels - but there were not even English subtitles available.

The room was lovely, warm & comfortable. Needs to have soap in all bathroom areas. Did not appreciate the 9am wake up call on Sunday asking us what time were we leaving & when we said 11, the person made a face!!!

Soap in all areas. More comfortable pillows- too soft but the bed was amazing!

Room was very spacious and had all the amenities. Staff was kind and provided extra blankets when asked. Decent location, not too far from transport. The extra sofa bed was also comfortable and the shower was fantastic.

The bathroom bidet was leaking throughout our stay. The lights and sockets in the bedroom did not work. Although beds were comfortable, the pillows could have been better.

The apartment was quit spacious and good maintained.

While entering from the parking or exiting, a smell was there. May need some air circulation or some fragrances.

Facilities were good and staff very helpful and knowledgable about local sights and experiences

Good size apartment with Aircon, kitchen well equipped, Bed comfortable, Bathroom large with shower, always hot water. access by lift

Could maybe benefit from a things to do listing in the neighbourhood and city

The room was pretty decent and in a good location.

The reception staff at Renaissance hotel were extremely rude at checkout. Extremely poor communication and the hotel was not responding through booking.com messages. A hold of Euro 250 was placed on the CC and was there for a month. I kept messaging the hotel as to why they are keeping a hold for so long as my bank told me to check with the hotel and the hotel claimed otherwise. First time I faced this issue.The receptionist at checkout also was very rude. The ticket for parking was also not validated properly and I had to leave the car and come back out to her to ask for assistance as no one was answering the call button from the parking.
