The location near Midi and some other means of transportation.

The door didn¿t have any security lock from the inside, it was broken. People around the hotel make a lot of noise, also within the hotel as the walls are very thin. Cleaning personnel do not respect sleep hours, as they are laughing and shouting.

This hotel is perfect. Great stuff great food great bear great yard.everything is great

The staff at reception were very kind on the afternoon of February 13th.

Bathroom wasn’t clean properly especially sink was really dusty . Next day they just changed towel and bin .

The only thing I liked was the location. There were restaurants nearby, a train station close by, and the city center was within easy reach.

What I didn’t like was almost everything except the location. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The towels were extremely dirty and clearly not properly washed, and the bed linen was also dirty, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortably high, making it difficult to sleep.The room was very poorly equipped and felt almost empty. Apart from a TV, two chairs, a small table, and a bed, there was absolutely nothing else. There was no wardrobe or any storage space at all, no cutlery, no glasses, and no basic amenities that should normally be provided. Overall, the room did not feel welcoming or comfortable and was far below the expected standard.

The stuff was nice.

There was an empty bottle under my bed and a sticky stain on a table. I was bitten by a spider in the night. There wasn't enough space between the bed and the wall to pass by it comfortably. Walls very thin, I've heard people having sex in the other room.

The bed and bed linen and towels were perfect.

Neighborhood felt a little sketchy, shower had nothing to hold the shower head, some areas weren’t the cleanest.

Great location near a main train station (8’ walk) and with walking distance to the touristic city center (around 20’ walk)

Floor wasnt right cleaned and mattres was hollow from one side. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed between Ostend, Bruges, Ghent and Brussels

We had to leave and go get a new hotel. Our door didn’t lock, smelt terrible and overall was a terrible hotel. I do not recommend to anybody

The location was good walking distance from the station to the city centre

The sheets and towels were all stained and ripped and the bathroom was covered in mould

The rooms are not up to standard. Smell of cigarettes

for one night max if you are going for a party or an event. just to drop your luggage or for a quick shower

Dirty shower , noisy, and the housekeeping dont care about the noise and slamming the doors doesn't matter if it's 8 or 10 AM.

The sheets were stained, the bathroom smelled like sewage, the staff were room, the location is dangerous and the walls were so thin I was woken up by other guests having a conversation or using the elevator. Do not stay here.

I did not stay this hotel even one hour, once I enter the staff was bad not friendly at all, I asked for check out time and locker room, he said if I get check out 11am maybe he will provide locker. Anyways I couldn't stay for super bad condition of the hotel, not clean, smells bad, bed sheets, towels all in very bad condition.

Actually location was not that bad.Toilette clean, bed sheets cleaned, People at reception very nice.

290 euro for a single room for one night .... no wordrobe, only 6 TV channels, light press button very dirty, room light not enough, breakfast very simple, coffee machine awful.

The room was terrible. The bed was like a concrete block, the sockets were verging on dangerous, the bathroom door had holes in it. It was noisy and I didn’t even bother with breakfast as it was not appealing at all. The location was convenient for Brussels-midi but there were piles of rubbish everywhere and the streets were absolutely covered with litter.I travel a lot for work and this is my first bad review. It was not a nice experience.

The location is convenient, it's very close to the Brussel Zuid station, from which you can easily access the airport. The room is reasonably clean.

The building is old and it's not very nice sound proof. It's not hotel's fault for sure, but this is something to keep in mind.

10 minute walk from midi train station / Flibco bus stop. 15 minute walk into centre Big bedroom, white linen and towels Sachets of shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer in bathroom Note breakfast on site was €9 if you wanted this, nice tables in reception area for this

Walls in room need repainting as marks on them Otherwise and bathroom tired, but generally was clean No tea or coffee making facilities in the room
