Room is spacious and so is the bathroom. It is also very quiet, being in a park area. Beds are comfortable.

Furniture in the room is a little spartan (all hard plastic). Breakfast is quite basic. The distance from the hotel to public transport (Metro, buses) is a bit of a walk away (appr 15 minutes). Not a problem for me, but important when booking this hot

The shower had not been cleaned from the previous guests, and the distance from the city center is too far.

The lower bed is narrow and the distance between it and the upper one is very small, no service places as a kitchen and reciption (i couldn't find anywhere to eat in), it was so far from the metro

The room was very comfortable and clean, with a large bathroom. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was great to have free parking. The location was great for us, as we needed to be in this area.

We struggled a bit to find the entrance to the parking lot, maybe a sign with the name of the Auberge will be helpful. They offer breakfast (for a cost) but it had a very poor selection.

The contemporary design with exposed concrete details is nice. Vibrant atmosphere with sports in the main building and nice bar.

It was cold. Really cold. They told me the heating starts usually around mid October. It was 7-8 degrees at night outside. That should be the defining factor as to when to run the heating. I slept with my coat and now I have pain in my lungs and throat.

price and value is great, simple but comfortable and in a great location. Everything you need for a stay.

I left the window open for air and the teams playing sports were a little loud outside at night, but you don't hear the big road at all. It was hard to find the actual hotel and the parking is not labeled well.

We were accommodated late at night, after the reception closed.

It was dirty. The toilet is very dirty, it has traces of previous residents everywhere. As if it hadn't been washed for a very long time.

The hotel boasts a desirable location and pleasant staff, with a convenient self-service breakfast. While the beds were acceptable, comfort could be improved. The room's heating system lacked individual temperature control, resulting in a chilly overnight experience. The wardrobes and bedside cabinets showed signs of age, though the overall cleanliness was satisfactory, although not impeccable, as some yellow stains were noted on the bed linens. The reception staff provided thorough explanations, though their demeanor was somewhat formal and lacked warmth.

Everything was quite good overall.

Excellent sports facilities, excellent location in a safe area not too far from the city with parking and a bus connection outside. (Transport and tickets could be made a lot clearer in Brussels and with less hidden charges)

The bed sheets could have been a lot cleaner (there was a fair amount of hair) I had a double room booked for one person it was not possible to book a single. A friend joined me for one night and I declared it when checking in, in case there was additional tax to pay. I believe they charged for an extra night which was a lot more than if I had booked the same room for 2 people for 2 nights.

Well organised property. BUT. long way from central area plus 1 Kilometres. of walking...to hostel..from train. stationVery clean .

Just because have parking

Very bad, I'm not expected be like that . Smelling very bad on the hallway, the toilet bad, all in the room was old . I'm not come back never here ,and I will not recomand to someone.

we had to wait like an hour in the rain and the cold for someone to show up in the reception to open for us.

I reserved the room and when I come 3:00at the morning they didn't allow to me to go in because my name wasn't mentioned on the list of name so this make me sleeping outside

Location was good

It was not like a hotel, it was like a big dormitory facility without service. Rooms were not hot enough and there is nothing as equipment to use in rooms. We could not make a coffee or tea. There was not even a single glass to drink tap water. Entrance of hotel is far away from rooms and there is nobody at back entrance. You are lucky if you can find your room without getting lost in that weird building. When we went to hotel, we felt like if this the right place or not. I absolutely do not recommend.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was warm and strong. Everything was very clean.

The heather in the room was broken and there were no extra blankets, since it was during winter the room was incredibly cold all night so I did not sleep well. The walls were paper thin and you could hear people from other rooms.

Good clean and tidy place. Rooms are spacious.

The lower dorm beds have very little hight space, so getting inside or outside bed are difficult.

The dorms and asaociated bathrooms are spacious. The location is a hub for various sports, which is very cool.The staff were also very friendly.

Cleanliness in the dorm and bathrooms is a bit lacking. The location is about 7km outside Brussels and transport to and from is sparse.
