You were supposed to ask for the sexe of you customer so that you can put women in different room than men en vice versa. I was with 2 men in my room , I had to ask to change room . Did not even sleep at the hotel

Very central location, easy to park and walk to centre

The room was spacious and the bathroom was inside, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and well-arranged. The staff was very kind and helpful, there was a possibility of using a microwave and a kettle (at the reception). The area is quite calm, very close to the station (Bruxelles-Midi) and there are many shops open late at night (around 22/23 pm.), which helped us a lot as we reached quite late.

There are no beds for two in the dormitories, but it's understandable given the main purpose of the hostel.

I liked the safety of the accommodation

There were no suitable conditions, no kettle, no basic amenities, the rubbish bin was small, and I had booked a completely different room. The beds were like those in the army or in prison. We were exhausted and didn't want to argue or complain.

Cleanliness, order and location

That the letters on the beds were lit up at night, I think turning on the light bothers other guests.

How close it was to grand place.

Beds were loud and found it hard to enter good REM sleep due to other people moving and making bed squeak

The location is really good, walking distance from both Gare du Midi and the Grand Place, and there are nice Arabic restaurants in the area. The room is simple, with an okay bed, no curtains for the beds unfortunately. Still, the private bathroom was really nice and clean.

No curtains for the beds, however, they don't promise it, so I can't blame them. Don't worry about the neighborhood, it was nice and safe.

It is located centrally accessing grand place and trains was easy.

There are no lifts. I have to carry my heavy luggage to 2bd floor on narrow stairs.The bunk beds were uncomfortable. When the person above turns from one side to another, the cot rattles.

Very narrow stairs, no slipper for washroom. Bunk beds move and shake too much if on person moves while sleeping

The location was close to the city.

The room too small. They didn’t even change our towels for three days. A man at the check in wasn’t professional

Staff, or sell the singular staff member that was on during my late arrival, was excellent. Very helpful, gave brilliant suggestions for things to checkout around the city.

Bathroom inside the room. Quite big. Clean. Near the Brussels Midi station. Nearest tram station jusy next the building.

No elevator

A very good place to stay in Brussels, close to Grand Place and many other points of interest and surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, stores and public transport. Close to the hostel there's a Brazilian Store selling a delicious coxinha, loved it!

I sent a message to the hostel through booking website with a request that was ignored unfortunately. My bunk bed was unstable and very uncomfortable. I had other experience in this hostel and the bed was much better l.

Location just 5 min walk to Tram station Lemonnaire line 4 & 10. Muslim area with so much halal food option.

No elevator and the stairs sooo high. Good to have place to hang clothes inside the bathroom.

It is close to Brussels-Midi train station, but it is a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. If you plan to stay in the city centre for a few days, you can book a closer destination. The staff were nice, they helped us get information about trains. The reception was 24h open. The room was clean, a little small for 8 people I would say, but overall a nice experience.

The location was okay, clean beds and a nice bathroom.

Be aware of a very steep and long staircase if you’re coming with a suitcase. Also, the room was burning hot as there was no air conditioning or a fan

I stayed here for 25 days cause I preferred to stay in a hostel. The staff were pretty approachable and polite. The room is cleaned everyday and bedsheets are renewed. Very good location; only ten minutes walk to Grand place. Good price too.

The water was a kind of soapy; you feel like it has foam, so when you are taking a shower, you feel like you cannot get rid of the foam. It didn’t feel like normal water; maybe something was added to it. And then the boulder water in the waiting room: you make a tea, and still it tastes that way. It needs to be fixed.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed is clean and ok to stay. The area is very dangerous though and not good for women to walk alone.

We had bad situation with one man, who was annoying to everyone in the room, but the staff offered us to change the room and deal professionally with this man.
