Novotel Brussels City Centre

Absolutely recommend staying at this hotel. Novotel is in a great location, it is pristine, staff is excellent and they go above & beyond. You can get to the Grand Place, shopping centers, and other stores in a few mts. Luggage lockers also available.

The toilet and the shower are in separate rooms, and the toilet is in a tight space.

Great location and within walking distance of awesome restaurants and historic sites. Stayed with family to include two small kids. Hotel staff were kind enough to have the room ready, especially the sofa beds setup. Clean room and great amenities.

Very minor, but carpet maybe needed to be vacuumed once more before guests walk in. Kids picked up different color of hair on their socks while walking through the room.

Location, friendly staff, room size and overall facilities

The room was clean, but the towels smelled terrible, yet were clean. I’m not sure what type of cleaning material was used that smelled like that. No slippers available, which is always a negative to me. The pillow covers had some stains due to wear and tear, not any lack of cleanliness. I’d prefer it if they use pillow protection, as one thin cover doesn’t seem safe enough for me. Everything else was very much acceptable and good. But the price was high.

The location was perfect! Everything was within walking distance. The Christmas market was just around the corner. Restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance.

There is no parking in the hotel, but there are paid parking around the area, which costs around €20 for a 24 hr if booked online.

Everything location is superb, staff is very friendly and helpful, room size is bigger than the other properties in the area with similar prize, all facilities are great.

We had a very special stay at Novotel Brussels City Centre as a family. Everything was more than excellent:The room was immaculately clean and the whole hotel has a lovely fragrance that makes it feel fresh and welcoming.Its location is ideal — just a short walk from the Grand‑Place, which made exploring Brussels so easy.The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful; check‑in was smooth and their attitude warm.Breakfast was excellent: very diverse, with many good options, and everyone serving in the breakfast room was exceptionally kind. The breakfast hall itself is beautiful with a great atmosphere.Room service cleans the room every day, which we very much appreciated.All in all, everything was superb, and the hotel added a touch of luxury to our family trip.

One small drawback: the bathroom setup is less ideal — the toilet is separate from the shower and sink, which makes it a bit inconvenient. Apart from that, our stay was more than wonderful and truly memorable.

Nothing it’s a great hotel with real value for money

We request from the hotel a driver to go to the airport, he was very rude ??In addition, we were in a different city and reserved 2 nights, but we couldn’t arrived in the first night because there was a problem in the train, I explained this situation to them . So we came to the hotel on the following day but they changed us the 2 nights.

Comfortable room clean and central y located

Large family room. Comfortable beds. Close to the centre, a 5 min walk. Good public transport links to the train station and also reasonably priced in a taxi. Lovely fitness/pool area. Excellent breakfast and service. Fun area for the kids.

This hotel is the PERFECT location. Walking distance from absolutely everything important to see in Brussels, all the shopping, great food and tourist spots. Felt very safe walking in the area with my mom at night. Hotel itself is modern, clean, and staff were so friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

The pool and gym/spa area were great. We stayed the one night. Did not try the bar or restaurantsThe room was great. Clean and loved the AC. I’m overall Fantastic and we would stay there again. .

Better maps of area. We got lost twice.

We loved everything about this hotel, from the location to the facilities, to the nice staff, absolutely everything.

The location was perfect! very close to the square and very good restaurants. That made it a great spot for us as a family so we could eat and go back quickly. The staff were SO KIND! They gave my kids a little gift. They had a charming kids play area. The room was very comfortable, and for the location was not as noisy as i thought it would be. I only heard first responder vehicles and not the normal traffic.

The pillows were a bit stiff for my liking but i did not lose sleep and was not uncomfortable.

Clean, professional staff - everything was as per expectations.

The toilet flush was a real pain, had to flush it many times to ensure everything went down. Took several attempts and at one time we needed help and had to move to a different room.Same problem in the other room, didn’t complain this time as too much effort. I think it is the problem with toilet paper used by the hotel.
