The room is very well organised, super clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and we were entertained by the japanese style bunk beds in the room. Great for a family with young children or 4 young adults. Really nice area and easy to get into the centre of Brussels by tram.

Very updated hotel and restaurant. Both employees that helped me at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Convenient parking right outside for a fee. Our room, bathroom, beds, etc were nice and clean. Beds were very comfy as well!

Good price, everything was clean in the room and bathroom.Nice it has a locker room to leave your bag.Great location for young people in a city break.There is a great brunch nearby (1min walk) and also an Aldi.

Not dislike but: I would not recommend for families with small kids or people looking for luxury 5 star rooms.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Spacious and very well designed. We had a gorgeous room with enough space for myself, my husband and our 3 children! The hotel smelled lovely as we walked in and we were greeted with smiley faces on reception. The staff were brilliant and so helpful. Fantastic position with plenty public transport accessibility and some lovely coffee shops surrounding. Aldi is a few doors down too so ideal! The hotel was clean, and beds were comfortable. All in all it was a lovely stay and if we were to return to Brussels, we would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely break.

The restaurant food choice was very minimal and there wasn’t the availability to go and get a drink as this again was very minimal choice.

My bed was comfortable and access was easy. Access to the radio on TV was a bonus. Curtains were tick and kept the winter cold out.

I wag given a room under rooftop bar and I could hear the noise and music. I adressed it at reception immediatly once I checked the room and was told I should have pretended I have a baby to have been allocated a better room in a quiet part of the building, and that the place is fully booked in January. This was a very confusing and not pleasant interaction at all, and I would not be coming back in the future because of how it made me feel, unwelcome as a guest. There were no usb sockets in the room, and no chargers I could borrow from the reception. The room light was a little bit too dim to be comfortable.Coffee at breakfast was not nice at all.

Rooms were gorgeous, loved the aesthetics. Comfy bed, quiet, defo would stay again.

There is a sauna and spa advertised, but we didn't realise until we arrived this isn't free to use for guests. It's discounted but at €40 for an hour it was too expensive to justify. Massage is of course extra on top of that, but that's only as expected.

The daily house cleaning, that’s great

Location. Too far for public transportation so expect to always take a taxi or take public transportation but expect a 10 minute walk or so to reach your destination WIFI- felt like a third world country connection, on and off , on and off , or you even lost connection once in a while. You don’t expect wifi to be a problem in Belgium,but it is in this hotel unfortunately

The pillows in the room were a square, huge shape, and very uncomfortable. Could do with two smaller pillows rather than the massive square ones.

Location

Requested a second duvet in advance. When we arrived, we were told that this could only be provided for the second night. It was then forgotten again. The parking situation is far from ideal with customers having to wait for staff to unlock the parking lot on an extremely busy road. Giving it's just outside parking on the street, the rate charged is questionable. A lamp in the room came off. Generally one would expect better service/maintenance for the price. General atmosphere is good, nice vibes and modern interior.

Loved the location and the family room! Very nice bathroom and the facilities in the room were great.

Non of the staff were very nice or welcoming to be honest. (Maybe because we stayed with children?). And please make sure you bring your credit card even if you prepaid, because they almost did not want to check us in because we did not bring our physical credit card. Both elevators were broken for the 5th floor not very convenient with suitcases and small children… breakfast was fine, enough choice, enough food.
