In terms of room amenities and features, location, the hotel was great value for the rate.

We had to contact the office by phone to leave our luggage before check-in. One night we had loud party on the other side of the wall at the head of our bed. It took all night to get it resolved. Both issues complicated because of no staff on site.

Spacy, comfortable and well equipped room. Proximity to the target of my (business) trip.

Breakfast offered at the small adjacent restaurant was somewhat pricey for the offer and available on weekdays only. Availability of food / shopping places very limited in the vicinity of the hotel.

This is a great apartment complex! Nice mini-kitchens and free room upgrade were appreciated. The laundry room was a lifesaver. Spacious apartments! Although all of the luggage rooms were in use, the staff arranged for us to leave our luggage on site!

The room, bathroom specifically, could've been better maintained and cleaned. There is no staff on site, but it was not an issue. All information was clearly presented.

The location was good and the self checkin was really convenient.

They don't have cleaning service on the weekends. We needed a fresh set of bed sheets and they brought us dirty ones. The bathroom door was see through glass. There was no shower door so water was EVERYWHERE.

The location and the price was convenient

The room bathroom doesn't look as the picture attached in the app and was not nice and the fridge had a very bad smell, also the hallway between the rooms smelled like weed

- Check-in procedure gave us the wrong codes and we had to wait 30+ minutes for the call center to pick up our call- Bathroom door is transparent, when traveling with friends there is no way to have privacy- The electricity stopped working suddenly, but the call center helped us troubleshoot the issue quickly.

Good location, Big room

When we arrived there were certain devices (including the fridge and the microwave) which were not working. There were many flaws; although the place was clean, it felt like the accommodation wasn’t well maintained.

The water taps were bad and the furniture was not in the best condition.

The communication with the owner was very swift and clear in the messages on Booking and very polite. Good English.Great location! The kitchen was very small but OK equiped (no oven) and had a coffee machine with 4 coffee capsules and some tea to welcome the quests. Also a water cattle for boiling water for the tea.The king size bed was very confortable and very very clean.

The apartment needs renovation and upkeepingAlthough clean and the walls are freshly painted, the furniture is really old and overused. Even the water fausets were old, stuck and very noisy. No ventilation in the bathroom. The Air conditioner in the living room was not working :(. You pay for the change of towels. Also strange!There is an additional 250 euro deposit (which they fairly release on the day of departure) but you realise this after you book and pay.The apartment had a connecting door to the next door apartment with no sound insulation. So it is practicaly the same apartment and you hear even the steps next door. Very strange experience.

Location was great. Room was very clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. Place smelt lovely and clean. On the day off check in myself and my mum were greeted by a lovely staff member who recently started working there. She was so welcoming and friendly. Would stay here again.

Only thing was that you could see through the bathroom door as it was glass.

The only positive thing is the parking and relatively close proximity to the City center.

The apartment looks better in pictures than in person. They haven't changed bedsheets as it had hairs from previous tenants. They asked me to provide pictures of their dirty bed sheets. Unfortunately I haven't taken any but on the other hand I am on my holiday and taking pictures of dirty bed sheets is not how I would like to spend my time. Save your time and money and book somewhere else. The gym is a joke, it's in the basement and it smells like mold. The list is endless.....

The room was kinda clean and located near the metro.

We asked for 2 bed room but we got 1 double bed. Also the bathroom’s door is made of glass and whoever outside can see who’s inside. I went with my friend and every time we have to turn off the lights to go to the toilet which was uncomfortable.

The apartment was very spacious, particularly for European standards.

I have been traveling for over 50 years. I have been pretty much everywhere. I have never encountered such poor communication as I did with this property. They do not use text or WhatsApp, and will occasionally check their portal. However, any question on their portal gets the same generic response, and your concern is never addressed. Their main (and quite frankly only) communication is via a landline. I arrived on a “bank holiday” and of course the office was closed. I texted the emergency number listed at the door of the property, which referred me to the office number that no know was answering. 3 other guests were there, attempting to communicate with the property unsuccessfully. I figured it was a “bank holiday” and let things go. Things got even more convoluted at checkout on a non-holiday Thursday. I won’t get into details, but I nearly missed my train after I got locked out of my room with my packed suitcases still inside it, after being told repeatedly it was ok to leave them there. This really was one of the most chaotic stays I have had in many years, all due to lack of communication. I should add, I am fluent in French, so there was no language barrier. Just a complete lack of response.
