Location was really great. Close to the square and cathedral

There is no actual staff. Check in was through email, and was very late. We waited an additional 3 hours after our checking time to receive the email with the code to enter the building. No services or help second day, had to relocate to a second hotel

Huge Disappointmend: stayed for 5 nights & no action were taken on issues raised by me the first day

There were no curtains in the window, which exposed me to plain view for all office workers in the building on the opposite side of the road whenever taking a shower (as the shower does not have a seperate root, there was literally no way of avoiding this). It also made sleeping extremely hard as the streelight would keep the room very bright all night. Even after communicating the issue twice, no actions were taken to mitigate. Unacceptable!I also communicated other issues: the WiFi did not work, there were problems with the sink and the drain as well as with the light.

No Air Conditioning. No wifi + no TV. Impossible spiral stairs. Extremely tiny space. No curtains in window, day and street lights on face. Impossible to sleep. Extremely noisy at night. Difficult check in. Bulbs burnt ceiling lights (dark)

was not at all similar to what was advertised on the site. Noting available in the room: No shampoo, WC light was burnt, heating was not working, no ventilation, stinky room and no service.

You have some fairly minor plumbing issues with this room. The sink leaks underneath the waste drain - needs tightening . Luckily I only had a notebook underneath that got soaked - if it had been the passport, money, etc. - much bigger of an issue. The shower also does not drains properly - needs to be snaked out and the drain put back together. If someone is not paying attention - could have big water problems with the floor, etc.

It had a bad smell like drainage all day and night. It was dirty and dusty. The heaters didn’t worked. Didn’t have an inside lock. No space to move in the room. The stairs was very small and dangerous. There was not staff, no one to talk to about the room. The carpet was ruined.

The location - nothing else. Avoid this accommodation like the plague.

The property in general was awful, it was dirty, no curtains for privacy and an office block across from the window. We woke up with a whole office floor having full visibility into our room. We complained on the first night and were told that this would be looked into, we didn’t get a full response until we had arrived home. Just someone coming to put some curtains up would have made the world of difference because the no privacy was a major concern. The shower is in the main room, so we were unable to get in the shower either. While the staff tried to be polite, they completely did not care and offered €27 back, which was around 20% in refund.We couldn’t sleep because of the light from outside, the concern that a whole building could watch us, and not to mention the about of dirt, cobwebs, and exposed light fittings.Even Booking.com did not want to get involved - we urge someone to look into this place, as this place needs removing from any booking website and closing down for being crooks.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Super small room. There is no place to move. The bathroom also too small. The separate shower with a glass to the bed does not provide any privacy. During the accommodation, we did not have internet and despite the complaints, they could not give us the correct password. We didn't have wifi or the possibility to watch TV. In addition, access with a super thin snail-type ladder, very difficult to climb with a small suitcase. Terrible

Amazingly central and atmospheric. Interesting decoration inside and the attic room is a pleasing space to relax in.

The room is very small, and the shower takes up a lot of space. It is reached via a tortuous spiral staircase up several flights - not for the elderly!

The location is incredible, and design matches the mood generated by the historical part of the city. The digital part (check-in, door access) is pretty cool. Also, the sanitary equipment feels pretty good quality, same as the furniture ( admired the windows, they are probably the original historical version).

Unfortunately, there are also plenty of little problems (little for me, may be not for you ) that break my heart because, overall, it was close to perfection. The cleaning is probably making his job on checklist, the room was dusty, and earlier mentioned, sanitary equipment was not cleaned. Towels had a bad smell even if they were also good quality.The Wi-Fi is just a joke, like you see the modem on the wall, but if you distance yourselves far enough to dont reach it by your hand, your phone will say the signal is too weak, that results in a useless Tv until you don't have a HDMI cable. And the call center ....?‍♂️, maybe i don't speak the native level of English, but i think he should be a little more tolerant because we called him with a problem, not just to have fun.

We liked the location, which was central to Grand Place.

The staff were not helpful online, when we explained we weren't given more than a quarter of a toilet paper roll to use. When we asked if we could have some more, we were told absolutely not, and that we would need to buy our own if we were unsatisfied with the provided amount (lol).The shampoo and hand soap were also almost empty when we arrived, and there was stains everywhere on the carpet, as well as loose hairs in the shower from previous guests.

I never write reviews, but hopefully you read this to avoid this place. Don’t use this place, there are many other options nearby. never had an experience this bad and unsafe. The place has no stairs and expects us to go up with bags in a spiral metal staircase for 4 levels. The most on safe experience I have ever had. I’m baffled how this is even legal to operate as a hotel. Then you go into the room and the there is exposed electrical wires hanging from the ceiling and light hanging down with live power. Furthermore, the unsafe exposed light does not switch off, it flashes on and off constantly increasing people risk of experiencing a Seizure which occurred during our stay.The shower is slippery and my wife slipped and almost dislocated her knee. The curtain does not cover the window having light from the street overnight. The toilet was filthy we had the clean it prior to use. The soaps provided were both empty. This place is extremely unsafe and a death trap. Also there location is very near to bars and loud noises from the streets up to 7am

Only worth for location..

There were no internet at all! The heating was not working and the door was sooooo small that even can’t stay stand stay at the same time.. only the place and the location was perfect.. the stairs was nightmare..

They will not give you access to the property or a room. They just take your money and leave you on

booked the room and they send you emails saying not to respond to anything outside of Booking.com, but they will not communicate through that platform. They did not send me information to enter the room. I had to find another hotel on the fly. it really left me in a bad position. Was charged for a room I had no access too. I will take this up with my credit card. This place is a scam. Do not stay here.

Self check-in hotel. Blood on mattresses. Tough to access. No elevator.

Poor

The booking process was a nightmare, the Customer service kept asking for a credit card despite I had already provided it through the booking agent. Ended up paying twice and was told by email that I might loose my reservation for lack of payment. Impossible to get in contact by phone, endless loops of answering machines and no one answers the phone. When arriving to the flat, the staircase was so narrow I could hardly get my suitcase up to the first floor. The room was ok but I had to share it with an old sock and frankly I did not have a feeling the place had been thoroughly cleaned. All together a poor experience.
