Great place to stay. The rooms are spacy, well equiped, comfortable and with big windows that fills the room even in the winter with quite some daylight. Breakfast was also great, you can also park you car safely for a decent 21 euro per day, you are very close to public transport and the location is a gateway to all directions (south for nature, north for center of Brussels, east and west for the somewhat less busy suburbs.

The breakfast is 'every day the same', just to know when you potentially expect more variation (not an issue for us, as we got everything we needed to start up the day in best condition :-)). The shower in the room is very close to the bed, so when the partner is still sleeping there is a chance that you wake him / her / them up. But both remarks here are really no issues of course, we just share them for those who are a bit sensitive to them possibly. The rate is also quite high, but for this kind of stay we are happy to pay.

I like most of it.

People should be allowed to check in early at no extra cost if requested. I came from North America and arrived in Brussels in the morning. With jet-lag effect , I needed to rest as soon as possible.

I liked the location, interior, staff, the athmosphere. The room was bigger than in I expected.It was very cosy, CLEAN and comfortable. I do recommend this hotel! For such a service that money is really good.

L-Avenue small studio like rooms are a perfect choice for a long week-end in the city. Spacious and well equipped at a good price, they are some of the best I experienced in many many hotel stay. The personnel is very courteous and eager to help which is very appreciated. The room had many books on various topics, always a nice distraction when sitting down for a break from the city.

The room decor lacks a bit of warmth to be perfect. Some touches of color thanks to some art or wall decor would be a nice touch. While you have separate toilets, the bathroom with shower is part of the bedroom area. Not an issue per say but worth knowing if it matters to you.

Controls to turn bath/shower water on and off - along with setting temperature - is baffling if you don't know how to use. At minimum, they need a sign with instructions.

Very nice hotel. I found it ideal for a business trip. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, in a wonderful setting. Greatly appreciated!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. For an extended stay, the room is more like a small apartment in a nice building and was very comfortable, clean and bright. The staff is very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Didn't use the breakfast. The apartment was really top class - very comfortable and spacious with everything you could need. No negatives at all.

One side of our bed could have done with a bedside light and a shelf or table. The shower ought to have a non-slip floor or mat for safety purposes. The staff were really pleasant and helpful, especially the concierge and the room service lady.

We had a fantastic stay at L-Avenue Hotel in Brussels. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The location is perfect—close to public transport, shops, and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Brussels!

Very nice, clean and spacious room with equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Staff is professional and kind.

Shower is attached to bedroom without any door but it was not an issue for me since I was staying in the room by myself. Otherwise everything was good.

Room design isnt as functional. Bathroom being so far from the shower and bedroom is a little awkward
