nothing,
Excellent design, very friendly staff and great food. I also really liked the location, it's easy to access Brussels city centre by tram but the area around the hotel is much more peaceful, with a beautiful botanical garden nearby. The hotel itself is so beautifully decorated that you want to spend as much time inside! I was also upgraded to the roomy corner room and the views were fantastic.
Nothing, I had an excellent stay and only wish I had stayed another night!
Everything else was great! Amazing staff, very helpful, loved the furnishings in the room (and throughout the hotel), two amazing restaurants to choose from. Delicious food, lots of vegan options, ...
Wall to wall carpet in the bedroom and down pillows and bedding. I'm not a fan of either. But that's a personal preference.
This is the only hotel I have stayed in in the past 5 years where the staff has *actually* been trained for hotel service. There is a thought to the hotel design, branding and facilities. It is beautiful and comfortable.
Breakfast I did not like, it was too greasy (but this is subject to personal tastes)
Rooms are great, stuff is friendly, food is awesome and located very close to the city
The hotel was very modern looking and clean, most of the staff were excellent and the food was very nice.
The surrounding area was a bit run down.
The location is great for getting to the center of the city and restaurants. The hotel has its own restaurant and more than adequate public parking next door. The staff went out of their way to assist you and provide you with all the relevant information that you will ever need.
Everything was just great. Not a thing not to like.
Beautiful design, lovely front of staff, THE ROOMY BATH!! Also great music playing on the radio
Missing a few basic touches - toothpaste, slippers, robe. The pillows weren’t very comfortable and gave me a stiff neck. It is next to a concert hall so there was loud bass until midnight.
Friendly staff, modern hotel, nice view. Ca. 15 min walk to the city center.
We were too old for the rooftop bar with rather loud music. The parking garage, which is not operated by the hotel, is horrible. The exit door did not open and nobody could be reached from the operator. People from the hotel then helped after ca 40 minutes. A friend was stuck in the garage, when she could not open the door to the stairs.
Decor, very comfy bed, minibar
Nowhere to put luggage, location was a bit inconvenient for central sightseeing
the bed was extremely comfortable. we got a free room upgrade which was an amazing surprise :)
the pillows could be better - thicker;
The place itself is really stylish, we liked the interior and all the little details. The possibility of an early check-in with no additional charges already gives you a very good impression. The staff is very nice and helpful. You can also enjoy drinks and a great view from the rooftop as well as have a nice breakfast at the cafe in the lobby. The location is also pretty good, you are very close to the city centre and well connected with the other parts of the city. Overall, it was a very positive experience and if I’m ever in Brussels again, I’ll definitely stay in this hotel again. Thank you!
Very smart rooms, loved the lobby and rooftop bar
Only thing missing: a hotel gym
Super friendly and helpful staff! Amazing decorations and good restaurants.
Location was walking distance from downtown but not as easy to get to.
It was comfortable and clean, and the staff were so friendly. It was a great location!
A really great hotel, super location, clean & very modern.Staff were attentive and the room was awesome. We stayed on the 20th floor, such a great view. Loved the trendy pink bathroom pottery.
Unfortunately, they didn’t have the best breakfast choice. Very little option for my celiac wife, no yoghurt which resulted in us having to skip breakfast. If it wasn’t for that we would given ten out of ten review. The other slight moan was the hot water in the shower kept stopping then starting, not a good look in such an impressive place.
Beautiful gardens just next door. Short walk to Center of town open all night. Local come for the bar Restrant at its open after midnight
The room was grand, almost a suite. exceptional shower. Free milk, water and coffee/tea. The position was very near both the metro and the station. The botanical garden is a plus.
