Nice breakfast serving

No big complaints. The usb charging port was damaged/broken but this was not a problem for us and is usual wear and tear. The desk could have used a better wipe down before we arrived.

Room, lobby, breakfast, staff all GREAT.

The wi-fi in the room was really poor: I was working remotely, so I was online all the time for accessing my remote PC and it was really difficult since the wi-fi was simply inefficient (very slow). The case was the same for all the 3,5 days of my stay, constantly very slow wi-fi. The wi-fi in the lobby was somewhat better, but from a hotel like this I would really expect much better wi-fi in the room. Moreover since there was no option to pay for a better / faster wi-fi. All the rest aspects of the hotel are great, so I will come back again, but PLEASE improve wi-fi next time.

Had a good bar, games, gym, nice breakfast wtih several gluten and dairy free options.

The room wasnt the cleanest. There were stains on the floor and the walls. The bed was clean but tue rest of the room not so much

The hotel was so dark inside ans it eas hard to see around. More lights in the lobby would be better.

In all of our stays though we found the light system incredibly confusing? The switches always leave a light on so we had to sleep with the entryway light on since it did not go out no matter what switch we turned. Even after we took the key card out of the slot the light stayed on all night. And also we had the suite with the room attached and all the electricity in there did not work so it seemed like a waste of money for an unusable room. Also there was an old cracker or cookie under the sofa in there

The location to port & the city

The pillows were hard & all the same. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. There was a shower curtain rather than a shower screen....unhygienic & very 90's. The telephone in the room didn't work & very limited amount of towels.

Spacious room, good food and very helpful staff.Value for money.Very good vibes in the hotel, bar plus hotel.Good locality.

The room carpets were old and not the best cleaned.The bathroom did not have a lock system, just sliding doors.A bit far from the center and main train line

Honestly everything, the staff was very helpful with our check in we were late that what we expected to be, also with direccions.They make us fell very welcome. ???

Upstairs corridor are dark black and look spooky Room size was smaller as in picture very wide lens camera was used giving false bid appearance

Not too far away from city center, near enough from metro station. Many shop around.

Staff was friendly

I choose a single room and was so small even the prison cell is more spacious. I payed 170 euro for 2 nights and I go away in tomorrow. Single bed in middle of main door and toilet wasn't the best combination

Rude staff and unclean room.

I stayed at Pentahotel Brussels City Centre on the 4th of April Saturday night and I must say, it was a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish.We were given a room with a double bed but two single blankets — an odd and inconvenient setup for couples. We asked for a proper double duvet and were told the hotel doesn’t offer them. They reluctantly gave us a third single blanket instead.The room was dirty, with stains and marks on the walls. The bathroom was worse — absolutely filthy. The attached photos speak for themselves: yellowish stains in the shower and clear signs of grime around the soap dispenser area. For a 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable.Later, we went down to the bar at 9.05pm. to have a drink. My partner ordered a Cuba Libre (a drink she previously had at the same hotel in November 2024) and I ordered a mocktail. Despite ordering early, our drinks didn’t arrive until 9:46 p.m.After I’ve ordered the first time, I went back to ask about it when I’ve seen other tables having their drinks before us despite ordering after us ( I know thar as those people were friends that we bumped into).I had to ask about them twice — we had a dinner reservation at 10pm hence why I’ve chased up the drinks. When the drinks finally came, they were completely wrong: just a shot of rum, a glass of Coke, and ice.When we tried to clarify, the bar staff were rude and dismissive, especially a female staff member (who seems to be in charge) who spoke to my partner in an unprofessional, condescending tone, in front of guests and colleagues. This was humiliating. And ironically, after going back and forth, the female staff did make the correct drink — proving they could’ve done it all along.But it didn’t stop there. The next morning, after checking out, we waited in the lobby for our taxi. That same woman was gossiping loudly with colleagues — mocking us and talking about the incident from the night before, while we were right there.
